Ascott Xuanwu Lake Nanjing

1 stop away from Nanjing station by metro, connected to metro station thru the shopping centre which was great for transport with our luggage. Able to check in early. Great facilities with gym and pool and high quality appliances and furnishings in the room. Room was spacious and beautiful design, and are same as what is in the listing on Trip.com. Shower cubicle was smaller than other hotels I have been too. Staff were very helpful with free beverages in the reception area. The didi pick up and drop off point is at a seperate lobby across the courtyard from the reception. The area is not as busy as Xin Jie Kou and less noisy.

What an enjoyable stay at Ascott Xuanwu Lake we had! Everything is spotless and absolutely splendid! The surrounding of the hotel is green and very modern. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within several steps. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast options are decent. P.S. it is very baby friendly!

I can there with my son for my birthday. This hotel is perfect kids at any age. They have a beautiful play room, swimming pool and gym. The room has a mini kitchen and washing machine. I was very satisfied with this hotel. The room had a great view and was very clean.

Locate near to the metro station. Easy to transit between metro line 1 and 2.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which just opened in September 2024, and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything is brand new and fresh, living up to the standard Ascott style of elegance and comfort. The location is absolutely perfect for my needs, making it incredibly convenient for both work and leisure. On top of that, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The modern design, pristine facilities, and warm service make this a top choice.

The hotel looks new and located next to Xuanwu lake in a quiet but convenient location. Among several Ascott hotels I have stayed, this is the worst regarding to its service. The guy at the front desk lacks a professional attitude. The information he provided was wrong and he was corrected right on site by a lady next to him. So embarrassing! I booked three rooms and they were assigned far apart. I made three calls to the front desk, two were not answered by anyone during day time. The one got picked up provided me with wrong information about the pool hrs. I went to the swimming pool only to find out it’s closed. I went straight to the front desk and was told that oh they forgot the pool is closed on Monday. I should have been told so over the phone. They’ve got to provide more trainings to their staffs before open for business. Ascott in Nanjing needs improvement!
