When I checked in, I told the front desk that I had trouble sleeping and asked for a quiet room. However, the room had no soundproofing. I could still hear people talking next door at 2 a.m. and I didn't sleep well all night.
The air conditioner was facing the bed and was set to 30 degrees. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the cold.
The room smells and the toilet stinks 🤢🤢
The shower area is not low enough, and the toilet is full of water after taking a shower
I chose this hotel because of its location and good reviews. I didn't expect it to be so bad. There are so many complaints. Such a high rating is not true at all😑
