There were hairs on the sheets, stains on the towels, stains on the toilet seat, and mold on the dust bag of the hair dryer. No hand sanitizer or soap. When I booked the room, I indicated that I wanted a quiet environment. However, at 8:30 this morning, I heard a lot of noise outside the window. The window of my room is just outside the flat floor. It feels like construction is going on outside, so I can't sleep at all! The service attitude of the hotel staff is okay
