The room is quiet big, so much light, very clean, the bed is so comfortable. A beautiful view on a lake. Everything is new. Such a helpful staff, a delicious breakfast. The subway is close to the hotel. We were happy to stay there! Thank you for having us!

Check in and breakfast were good.
The room was clean BUT so old. I can see that the restaurant and hallways have been refurbished but the rooms are not 5*. I’m quite annoyed that I booked a 5* hotel to relax and it wasn’t of the best quality. The bath was cracked, old tiling, bad seals.
I saw a review response from the hotel saying that they have refurbished rooms… these are the rooms customers expect when they book a 5* hotel. Can’t say I’ll go back again.
