Nanjing Qixia Mountain Hentique Qiyun Resorts

A fantastic hotel to stay in. We loved it so much that we decided to extend it another night. The lobby manager had shown great service and hospitality! I booked the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, they decorated the room nicely. We will be back!

the hotel is lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful, I will return whenever i feel the need to escape work and need a place to just chill and relax. The Facilities would have scored 5/5 if they had a pool.

Staff: Staff were all friendly and really accommodating. There are also English-speaking staff in case there are tourists who (like myself) cannot speak the local language. Location: The hotel is located quite close to the Qixia Scenic Area (Ancient town -- then West Gate of the Qixia Mountain Scenic Area). It's far from the city center but the environment is still quite good. There is also a grocery store and several small restaurants nearby. There are more restaurants in the Ancient Town too. So it is still convenient while serving as a good retreat to relax and slow down. Accommodation: The hotel is nice, lobby looks amazing. Rooms are clean, also quite nice in design. Requested for a room with good internet connection (and silent area if possible) for work-related reasons and they certainly delivered. The environment is great and the room was located such that it was relatively quiet during the day. Cannot hear noises from the other rooms. Unfortunately, there were some really loud guests in the hallway at night (maybe communicating with friends or family but were shouting as they talk about something before entering their rooms) and the noise would reach the room. Otherwise, cannot hear anything as long as the guests are in their rooms. Breakfast: The room package came with breakfast - there is an option that comes with ticket to the scenic area but I didn't take this one. Breakfast is buffet with several dishes to choose from. Asian and Western options available. Also has several beverage choices - I was quite happy they have coffee on top of tea, juices, etc. Overall, I had a great stay here even if I had to spend most of the time working. Would consider coming back for vacation.

We stayed here to spend our time in a quiet and nature friendly place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This hotel staffs are extremely friendly, including宁宁&雪雪. All the decorations were elegant and stylish, allowing everyone to enjoy every corner of the hotel. Climbing Qixia mountain in the morning and listening to the singing bowl session was also a surprisingly wonderful experience. Breakfast was Chinese style but there were some toast and serials as well.

I recently stayed at Hentique Qiyun Retreat and would like to share my experience to help fellow travelers make informed decisions. The hotel had both positives and negatives, and I hope this balanced review will be helpful. One of the highlights of my stay was its proximity to beautiful walking trails. I found these trails to be a great way to explore the natural surroundings and enjoy some outdoor activities during my visit. If you are someone who appreciates nature and likes to go for walks or hikes, this hotel's location would be a definite plus. However, I found that the hotel's distance from the city center was a significant drawback. If your intention is to visit the city center frequently, the hotel's location might not be the most convenient option. Traveling to and from the city center can be time-consuming and might require additional planning. Regarding the dining experience, I found the breakfast to be quite average. The food options were nothing out of the ordinary, and the atmosphere was rather noisy. There were children running around and making a mess during breakfast, which made the experience less enjoyable. It would have been helpful if the staff had intervened to maintain a more peaceful environment. In terms of housekeeping, I had some concerns about the service provided. The housekeeping staff never made the bed during my stay, which was unexpected. Additionally, while they provided new towels, they did not remove the used ones from the room. This left the room feeling cluttered and not as clean as it could have been.

Because of the epidemic, the National Day holiday I can not go far, so I find a resort hotel to pretend to travel; I have lived in many Hentian resort hotels before, but this time I chose this hotel mainly for the quality of Hentian. Although the maple leaves in Qixia Mountain are not yet red, but this trip satisfied me a lot. The location of the hotel is said to be the former renovation of Qixia Middle School, next to it is the Buddhist College. Next to the hotel also have Qixia ancient town old street,but it is refurbished so it has not yet opened .I think this is a little regret. On the other hand,the hotel villa area garden landscape is very beautiful,each building has its own characteristics,we lived in the inside one, next to the mountain,lt was very quiet, the room with a small courtyard, and the courtyard has a private soup,but unfortunately bubble pool has not been used temporarily. The layout of the whole room belongs to the Buddhist minimalist style,and the space is comparison. It was amazing that the intelligent control system is implemented throughout the hotel.The hotel also offers free minibar drinks and fruit plates. The hotel has a VIP channel to climb Qixia Mountain,you just need brush the room card, which is a feature of the hotel.It only need to walk for 10 minutes to reach the Qixia temple. Early in the morning is not hot, while fewer people will go,so this time to play is very comfortable. Blue sky, white clouds and shady trees, as if a beautiful picture scroll. With the maple leaves turning red in November, there must be another taste, and I look forward to the next appointment.
