Courtyard Room was comfortable, floor heating is a nice touch in winter. Location is good for hiking and walking around the resort, but far from restaurants - the only place within walking distance to eat is the resort’s two restaurants, both of which we found extremely overpriced. Breakfast food selection is same as 5* hotel.
Spa facilities could use some improvement - sauna was barely working and the massage jets in the two indoor pools were not working at all.
Highlight of our stay: automatic coffee machine with delicious fruity coffee beans in the room, just for us - never seen in China before, loved it!!!

Loved staying here, would strongly recommend it, it's in Liu He district not very far from downtown Nanjing. The staff is very friendly.

Everything is perfectly organized from the pick up till checkout. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location and architecture embedded in a natural environment make you immediately forget the hustle and bustle of the big city. Chinese regional dishes in the restaurant are a must try.

Visited during the soft opening period, when facilities like the spa were still under development.
Nonetheless, the location is wonderful ... Peaceful, natural, and access to excellent cycling, hiking, and leisurely walks.
Look forward to visiting again when the facilities are all open.
The spa massage therapy (ask for Monica) is excellent, and will no doubt get ever better once the Spa facilities are completed.

I added the butler on WeChat before checking in, so I can contact him at any time.
The check-in experience was very good. Every staff member was very nice. The shuttle bus was available on call (maybe because there were not many guests). There were many activities. The butler would send out an activity list every day.
The indoor swimming pool was very small, 48 square meters, but because there were not many guests, we reserved it.
The only complaint might be that the toilet in the room was too high. I was 168 cm tall and my feet just reached the bottom when I sat down. The hotel could prepare some small stools for children to use.
I was also given a cup when I left. Thank you.
In short, I will choose this hotel again next time.
