A bit of walk to the nearest metro station. Arrived at the hotel way before check-in time but the front desk is kind enough to allow early check-in without charge. Room and bathroom is clean with daily housekeeping. But the lights at the shower area was dim. Occasionally will experience smoking smell even though it is a non-smoking room. Most likely is due to the centralised air conditioning and the smoke may come from smoking room through the centralised system. The management may want to consider to look into the ventilation system. Breakfast overall was satisfactory. Overall experience was quite good.

Location is nice, around 10 minutes walk to the metro. Staffs are friendly. Recommended to have a stay here.

Busy reception, long corridors, medium size rooms, small but good bathroom. Big window but small opening for safety. Breakfast noise, big Chinese buffet. It was hot the cleaning lady and receptionist gave me a fan, worked well.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

This Ibis certainly does not follow the global standard of the Ibis chain. Normally I take an Ibis when I don't want surprises, due to global standards, but this one was very substandard, stinky, dirty, old, a terrible experience. The air conditioning was central and it was VERY hot, I was feeling sick, with low blood pressure, and when I complained to reception, they gave me a bag with ice. Anyway, I don't recommend it. The breakfast doesn't have black coffee, only a coffee with milk, cold and with a bad taste.

Ibis is a great place to stay if you're visiting Nanjing for a short weekend trip. The hotel is located close to the Confuscious Temple area, which is a very busy tourist area. The only issues with the hotel is that is small but space in this area is limited. I enjoyed my stay and I've done it a few times at the same hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and while the breakfast is a bit limited in variety it is still a good start to your day.

This is my second time to stay at Nanjing and again I choosed to stay at this hotel. The service was good, great location, the room was clean. Highly recommended!!

It was a very pleasant stay in the centre of the city. After some initial trouble with my passport, we got a free gift and advise on where to go. The room was very comfortable but maybe a little small.

First arrived at the hotel and shocked to see the price on the board comparded I paid to Trip.com was almost double at local even the hotel staff was shocked wonder how can Trip.com charged this much!! I would certainly re-consider if I want to book my trip via trip.com again! The hotel local was fine but very noisy at the night where my room was just above several restaurants down and could not sleep during the time for the staying, was terrible!

First, the staff was helpful and have some understanding of English and even tries to reply and help in English. The ladies that worked on the evening shift of Thursday December 28, 2023 even suggested a fish restauant which we dearly enjoyed, thank you for the recommendation! Second, the room was clean, my luggage was safe, they cleaned the room well and refilled everything after my first night. The heating worked perfectly. Then, the breakfast was also nice. Also,the metro is an 8min walk from the hotel. However, the walls to my room was a bit too thin, I think. I could early morning the staff working in the room next door. Overall, I would recommend the place. xie xie

This is a very convenient hotel with a welcoming environment, clean facilities and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with lots of foods to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is ok, within walking distance to Confucius temple. The rooms are pretty small and dated though. The bathroom is cramped and reminded me of an airplane bathroom.

Great location. 10 min walk to tourist places. Despite the hotel room is small for our family, everything is good. Breakfast also good. Just outside hotel, a lot of restaurants. Reception is very friendly although they don't speak english but try their best by translate app. They allow us late check out without any extra charges. Thanks for that. . Front street is crowded and busy street. Difficult to get by taxi. U will get a lot traffic jam there. . Train station is 2 block far away. If u r with kid and luggages, not a good idea to come / leave by train. Better take taxi.
