Location is great. Breakfast is sufficient and delicious. The service provided by all the employees is welcoming and courteous, especially the lady who cooks noodles in the morning at breakfast. The only feedback I have is the room smells of cigarette. I’m not sure if the smell is coming from the Air conditioning vent or the curtains. It was unbearable. If not for that, I would have extended 5 more nights.

The guest rooms are well-equipped, the decoration style is full of elegance and charm, and there is a small courtyard, which is very warm and elegant. The B&B service is very good. The butler picks you up at the door, explains enthusiastically, and informs you about tourist attractions, which is very considerate. Breakfast is also very rich. When leaving the hotel, the housekeeper was very considerate and helped us carry our luggage to the car, which provided us with a lot of convenience. It was a very satisfying stay.

The set meals were very filling and the dishes tasted good. The only drawback was that on the day we checked in, the restaurant did not have enough crabs that had been reserved by multiple groups of guests including ours, which caused dissatisfaction among some diners. However, the hotel staff handled the situation proactively and sincerely, and we finally tasted the crabs the next day. They were delicious and of excellent quality, and we even ordered a few more to take home. When we checked out, the hotel also gave us a box of Sunshine Rose fruit. The overall stay experience was very good.

The front desk service was very good, because the weather was very hot on the day of check-in. When I went to the room, the waiter had already turned on the air conditioner in the room. It's very cool when you get in. This is very thoughtful and very humane. At first I thought the central air conditioner was turned on by myself, but later I found out that it was turned on by the waiter who inserted the room card. Breakfast is also quite rich. The hygiene is also quite clean.
