Beautiful environment, impeccable cleanliness and Excellent service!

The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was clear they were doing everything they could, and way more than they needed to, to make us feel welcome. This included gifts and handwritten notes in English! We will definitely stay at this beautiful resort again.

Comfortable room with amenities. Nice hotel area with lots of trees.. breakfast buffet was super good. I’ll definitely come back again if we return to Nanning. Is 25 minutes to the airport. Nice kids playground, swimming and gym are good as well.

I originally booked a business suite for the convenience of picking up the bride, but I was so excited from the moment I arrived at the hotel! The garden-style hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment. The room is even more amazing! My bestie and I were shocked as soon as we opened the door! The Chinese style is particularly beautiful, with mahogany furniture, exuding a classical and elegant atmosphere everywhere, it really looks like the boudoir of an ancient lady getting married! I was worried that the wedding room would be rustic, but this room has a high-end feel, and a few wedding characters will make the atmosphere full~ The most surprising thing is the big balcony! When I opened the door in the morning, I could see the whole villa, the green woods and the small lake, and the air was super good~ When picking up the bride, the bridesmaids took photos on the balcony, and they were praised by friends. If sisters want to hold a Chinese-style wedding reception, you can really go to this one with your eyes closed! It is much more unique than ordinary hotels!

Here we saw 👀 many kinds of flowers and plants, whether it is the tall, red and golden kapok flowers in front of the window, or the bougainvillea on the balcony guardrail, and the flame flowers that sparkle in the sun ☀️, and the white, pink and lavender hyacinth flowers on the roadside sidewalks, all blooming! The hotel restaurant 🍴 is opposite the swan 🦢 pond, you can eat while watching the white swan 🦢 paddling and the little black cat catching fish. When I left the hotel, it happened to be March 3, and I received a small commemorative gift specially customized by the hotel 🎁, thank you Xiao Wei! We like it very much💕very happy! Is it a parent-child hotel? I don't know why Ctrip puts his hotel in the second place among parent-child hotels? The children's playground is open from 6pm to 8pm from Monday to Tuesday, and from 1pm to 8pm on weekends. What kind of parent-child hotel is this? Ctrip doesn't come out to investigate and mess around. Hygiene: The hygiene is good. Although it is old, it is still clean. Service: The service is really bad 👎. I don't know what causes such poor service. If the service can be rated 0 points, I will never rate 0.1. The front desk service is cold and cold. No one has helped to move the luggage. It's all up to us. We were arranged in the farthest room. There was no service staff on the first floor, and there was no sign for the elevator. It was all up to us. Other things were good, the hardware was well maintained, the hotel's external environment was very good, with green trees and connected to Wuxiang Park, so you can go for a day without leaving the hotel.

I passed by Nanning after returning from Beihai. I checked it on Ctrip. The ratings and reviews were very good, so I placed an order and checked in. The hotel is a very large manor, and you can take the hotel's free sightseeing bus to enter and exit. The environment is very good, the greening rate is very high, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The sisters in the housekeeping department and the front desk are very polite and patient. The water in the indoor swimming pool is also relatively quiet. It was a very good stay experience.

We booked a Jinxiu Business Twin Room, and they said we were upgraded. It felt like a Jinxiu Garden View Twin Room. The room was large and spacious, and the balcony was open. Service: I stayed here for three nights during the May Day holiday. Every day, they would replenish drinks, snacks and instant noodles after cleaning. Even if I didn't eat, they would replenish them. This was really a surprise. There is a children's playground in Building 9, but it doesn't open until 1 pm, which is a bit late. It would be better if it could be opened in the morning. There is also a children's swimming pool in Building 8, and it is warm water, which is really good! ! It is also equipped with children's swimming rings, floating boards and so on! ! It is really considerate. Breakfast: There are not many varieties, but it costs 68, which is a bit not worth it. I will stay here again if I have the chance to go to Nanning next time.
