everything is perfect during our stay. i appreciate the facilities, the staff,, the location and the clean room.

Very close to the Berlin Central Station. There’s a kitchen at the 5th floor, with cooking utensils and microwave.

Staff were not the nicest but still the hotel and room stay was great. Would recommend but do check dates and check in before booking!

The location is quite remote, and there's no transportation available at night. If you're arriving late, especially past midnight like I did, you should really take this into consideration. The front desk staff were quite friendly. The room itself was just average, certainly not one of the best. It's passable if you just need a place to sleep, but you get what you pay for.

Worth the price, but probably that's it. There is a small kitchen room on the 5th floor. Should be open from 7 in the morning, but I need to get to reception to open it after 7. There is a fridge, stove, microvawe, some kitchenware.

Location is good! Cleanliness is good! they had karaoke at night too. But the thing is - anyone can access the floors, you don't need to tap your card to go up. But location is really good!

Found gum on the wall right next to my bed on the first night, receptionist asked if they could clean it in the morning. I agreed only to find it untouched the next day. Receptionist then offered to help me switch to a new room, which was already occupied. By the third room, I was finally able to have a bed-then I found gum AGAIN on the bed frame. So I ended up changing to another bed. Very inconvenient.

Although it's a hostel, you can opt for a private double room with an en-suite bathroom. The facilities are comparable to those of a hotel, offering excellent value for money. The neighborhood is safe, making it feel secure to go out at night.

The kitchen never opened in time, the kettle is not working - people have to boil water on the stove. There is no toaster. The kitchen is tiny, the toilet on the floor is locked. The staff is frustrated when you tell them about problems at the hostel. Worst hostel I've seen anywhere in the world. Hard to check in: there is an additional tax you have to pay on arrival - cash is not accepted, neither my card (besides the bank will harge you exchange fee on that small amount of euros - more than the tax itself). Absolute disaster.
