This chain of hotels is excellent. It consistently maintains a high standard of service.
This location is walking distance to the waterfront and also to the Nanhu subway station.
After checking out, we received a call from the hotel that we had left something behind. As we were travelling out of Nanning and will return in a week's time, they kept the item for us. True enough, one week later, they had kept it safely for us to collect. Reliable and excellent service!

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the metro station, city centre, Nanhu Park and other sites (Qian Xiu Shan Scenic Area).
The amenities were excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although I did not have the breakfast included in the price, when I offered to pay for the breakfast in the morning the day I left, the front desk staff did not include it in the price but offered the breakfast for free.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, this was an excellent value for money.

The room had an interesting layout and it took me 10 minutes to find the wardrobe closet but the hotel chain is consistent!

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to the subway. Walking along the edge of the lake was very relaxing. Not far from some good local places to eat. Would recommend.

Advantages: Good location, quiet environment, and the store manager responds to requests promptly.
Disadvantages: The hotel is old, the hygiene is poor (bugs were found on the bed continuously), and the reception was not in accordance with the Atour member standards.
When traveling, Atour is always my first choice, but I had many unpleasant experiences during this stay. Although I understand that there were a lot of customers during the May Day holiday, it was inevitable that they were not considerate. Having stayed at Atour in many cities, this was the most disappointing experience, which greatly affected my mood for traveling.
