I stayed here once in 19 years and had a good impression, so I chose it again, but I was really disappointed. Maybe because it is an old internet celebrity hotel, the service is really old-fashioned. When checking in, the front desk did not mention the service facilities and supporting services, and there was no function prompt for the elevator. As a result, my family went to the first floor for breakfast the next day, but did not see it. Then they asked the front desk and they said it was on the 2nd floor! The reservation noted that I wanted a quiet, high floor away from the elevator, which I did. The reason for the high floor was that the room I booked was from the 21st floor onwards, but I was assigned a room on the end of the elevated expressway. The toilet in the first room sprayed water after use. I changed to the room opposite but the window couldn't be closed tightly and it was noisy. Finally, I was moved to the other end away from the elevated road. After I complained to the front desk, the assistant manager of the lobby called to apologize and sent a text message to introduce the supporting services. Finally, I have to complain about the laundry service. When the clothes were washed and delivered, they were thrown directly on the bed with the hangers. At least I folded them and gave them to the waiter to wash. I probably won't stay here again!
