The front desk service provider name JJ is excellent. 1. Noticed and help to cancel one repeated booking. 2. Personally, assist in transferring 5 luggage case to my room 3. Provide details explanation on the room services and hotel facilities 4. Politely greeted the guests whenever they walk over the front desk Whereas the facilities is good with gym room and washing & dryers machines. The service in front desk, breakfast section and housekeeping are good. I strongly recommend this Hotel to friends and will repeated stay whenever I am in Nantong.

The hotel is near airport and there is no problem on taxi calling. The room is big and clean but there are not much room services provided if you need to feed your stomach. Guests have to visit the Japanese restaurant and Chinese restaurant within the hotel complex. The girls at the reception are quite helpful too. At such a price, in my opinion, I can't ask for more.

This Hampton Inn is really the best hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, the facilities are definitely more than worth the price. The rooms are new and spacious, and the hygiene is at the level of a five-star hotel in all aspects. There were a lot of people at breakfast during the May Day holiday, but the food was served quickly and in an orderly manner. The staff I met were very efficient and enthusiastic. When I left, I accidentally left my clothes at the hotel. The staff took the initiative to call and send them back. It is the best choice when going to Nantong Wildlife Park!
