臨時決定去啟東，在攜程上對比下來選了這家本地酒店，啟東賓館，果然沒讓我失望，房間很大，我定的房間還有浴缸，浴缸也比住過同價位酒店的大，地下車庫有充電樁，對開電車的很友好，前台入住還免費升了房，客房服務也是有求必應，帶着小孩有泳池也很好，必眼沖就行了。

我和先生是帶着耄耋長者出遊的，酒店洽有附合三人居室，而且含早也是三人標準的！早歺還是比較豐盛的。因是25年新裝修的，設備設施都很新，環境也大氣優雅，服務熱情周到，也相當到位，所以性價比較高。以後有機會還會再光顧！

房間不錯，重新裝修後的整體感覺讓人眼前一亮，大堂的工作人員服務也很好，進門坐電梯什麼的都提前詢問，很有禮貌，但硬件提升了，部分軟件服務方面沒有跟上，一、入住時沒有主動詢問我們是否有開車，是否離店時需要準備停車券，這個在國內其他豪華酒店來説，前台是不可能出現這種情況的，二、客房能夠提供的便民服務還有待提高，比如熱個吃的東西這種最最簡單的基礎服務居然一個豪華酒店不提供；三、在咖啡吧點了個蛋糕，裏面有個小蟲，鑒於當時在和朋友聚會，不想破壞氛圍，沒有和服務員立即説明這個問題，但是這個問題還是有待於改善的；四、離店時我們房卡給了一會了，以為前台一直在處理我們的退房，等了好久，當時還在犯嘀咕，其他酒店都是直接交了房卡就能離開了，那會前台工作人員突然好像似乎想起來了我們還在等退房，以上這些建議並不是想要得到什麼結果，衹是希望啟東賓館作為當地酒店的門面擔當，能越來越好吧

雖然叫“賓館”，但是翻新後真的漂亮，房間住的很舒服，服務熱情，我是一家三口，孩子高中，前台很幫忙的給升級了家庭房，很安靜，睡的很舒服。早餐種類豐富，口味都不錯。住市區有個好處，吃飯選擇很多，上次來住海邊，太荒，這次是住的也舒服，吃的也開心。滿意
