"Facilities: Very poor. Only one power outlet in the room worked; the others were just for show. I had to borrow a power strip from the front desk to charge two phones. The ceiling light was broken and simply taped on. The drain in the sink was stuck shut; I had to poke it with a tool—quite inconvenient! Cleanliness: The blankets smelled musty and had unwashed bloodstains and unidentified hair. The toilet seat had a yellow rim inside! Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly and resolved problems promptly."

However, be careful with the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel, the pricing can be misleading, and you may end up paying significantly more than expected. Overall, a decent stay, but worth paying attention to extra costs."

"There was a slight hiccup at the start: the hotel's backend system didn't have my contact info, so the butler didn't get in touch until midday on my check-in date. **Facilities:** The hardware facilities are good, but it's a shame the owner is in trouble, and there's no one to handle ongoing maintenance. Seeing many abandoned items was a bit disappointing. **Hygiene:** Acceptable. I'd say it's just about okay, as you can't expect too much. It was still pretty clean. **Service:** The butler was incredibly responsive and attended to every request, truly commendable."

"A very comfortable and relaxing experience! The housekeeper will contact you before check-in. If you have any questions, the housekeeper will answer you in seconds. There is a shuttle bus to take you to Qitang City. The service is very attentive. ps, special thanks to the housekeeper ada. I went to Qitang City temporarily to play with makeup and did not bring any makeup remover tools. I couldn’t buy them nearby. She provided her own. I am very grateful. Of course, one thing that’s not great about the hotel is that the breakfast options are a bit limited. I hope there can be improvements next time I come here! Overall it was a very comfortable trip and I am already planning my next trip!"
