We took the kids to Qidong to watch the fireworks, and the accommodation we got was a room very close to the beach. My home in Hebei is also owned by Evergrande, and the room's lighting and decor were exactly the same as my home, so it felt like being at home. I recommend staying here!

The room was great, excellent value for money, and fully equipped. There were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy; they just gave you the password. I would definitely choose this place again.

The service at this guesthouse was excellent. When we needed extra towels, they were promptly brought to our room, and the staff were very welcoming. The cleanliness was also superb; the room was spotless and tidy. Overall, it's excellent value for money! 👍

If your clothes get dirty while playing at the beach, you can wash them anytime, and the huge balcony lets them dry quickly. It's perfect for travelers staying for several nights.

Looking along the wide and bustling seaside, the houses in the Evergrande residential area are very distinctive, with excellent greenery and fresh, comfortable air, making it perfect for retirement. The apartment owner is warm and attentive; when older children needed slippers, they were promptly delivered, which was very appreciated. I would definitely choose this place again next time.

This beachcombing trip to Qidong was fantastic! We arrived at 11:30 pm on Friday and were worried about not being able to contact the owner, but the call went through immediately. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patiently sharing super useful beachcombing tips and even reminding us that "free admission from 4 am to 7 am, so we should go to the Golden Coast first, making it easier to come back and freshen up before checking out at noon"—so thoughtful! The guesthouse's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The room was a pleasant surprise—very clean and tidy, perfect for a group gathering or relaxing chat. This one-night, one-night beachcombing trip in Qidong was comfortable, fun, and a truly unforgettable experience!

整套房子打理得很乾凈，佈局温馨敞亮。客廳、卧室採光很棒，廚房冰箱、廚具齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，洗衣機也可以使用。配套設施完善，居家感十足，住起來自在舒服，房東也很靠譜，出行入住都很方便，是一次很棒的入住體驗，強烈推薦！
