very friendly staff, creative and delicious breakfast. Convenient location. The room was quite small and can’t really lay down in the bathtub. Room was clean and stylish but the construction quality was less than ideal. I would say it’s not what you would expect for a luxury hotel, (except for the amenities was bulgari) but still a cute one.

The hotel is clean, has a modern interior and is conveniently located. However, there is no sound proofing and the service is appalling, particularly the manager who was disrespectful and rude, based on his behaviour and unprofessionalism he ought to be replaced.

Good location

I have stayed in many large five-star hotels in Sun Moon Lake, but only large groups can come in and out. This one is the smallest one, but it is the latest. The room is really high-end, the bed is good, and the breakfast is rich. We purchased an additional dinner. We were surprised to have such a rare meal in the tourist area. It’s not easy. I used to eat Chinese food when I came to Sun Moon Lake. Finally, we had a special French dinner. Drinking Happy Hour beer at the Star Bar on the sixth floor was really a plus. Very good. There is no noise from groups. It is very suitable for slow work and enjoying the quiet atmosphere. The service staff are very enthusiastic and proactive! Thank you Hotel Beore for an unforgettable experience.

Very attentive to details❤️

I visited in May 2024. I am Japanese. There were no staff members who could speak Japanese, but they guided me carefully in English and Chinese. Is this a recently completed hotel? The hotel is very clean and stylish. I feel that they have paid attention to every detail of the interior. In addition, the hotel offers a wide range of services, such as welcome drinks and food at check-in, electric bicycle rentals, and free beer at night, which made my stay at the hotel comfortable. I would like to stay here again when I come to Sun Moon Lake. Location: You cannot see Sun Moon Lake from the hotel, but the location is good because the bus stop connecting Sun Moon Lake and Taichung Station is nearby. Room: Smart home technology is progressing, and you can easily adjust the lights and play music. The downside is that the wall separating the room and the toilet is glass, and it is not a closed room, so it is a little awkward if you are with friends... Breakfast: It is not all-you-can-eat, but there are many items and they were all delicious.

The hotel has a sense of design. The location is very close to the dock shopping street. It is within walking distance. It is not close to the lake, but it is very convenient. You can walk to the bus station. There is a 711 next to it. Breakfast is a set menu with freshly squeezed juice. The room is not very big, but it is mainly convenient to stay for one night.

Overall, it's a comfortable stay and the food is good.
