Terrible experience! They charge "returnable deposit" (of 200 euro on 60 euro booking) that they returned only after 3 months after repeatable complaints with the booking provider platform. Room was really bad as well. Crooks. Be aware!

Experience to repeat the location in the historic center gold box service very useful and economical. The room was very clean and modern in a very ancient context. The hot tub was the extra touch for a top experience. The driver Gaetano very friendly showed us many places to go to spend a pleasant day and helped us with the check-in. At the reception we met Mrs. Giovanna the manager who immediately put us at ease. My partner and I will definitely return

Excellent location, central, easy to get around and visit the center on foot or by metro. Unfortunately a broken bed, and rooms not very clean, television not working. Excellent price to spend a night in the center, easy to reach and enter
