That is a super worse experience when the "reception" is late for 30 mins. So we basically wait outside of the hostel for more than 30 mins with our luggage.

If you are Chinese, don't stay at this hotel. The service and facilities are very poor. This is a hotel converted from a private house. The lighting inside is very dim, the bed is uncomfortable, and the so-called life is just a sheet plus a blanket, and the bedding is very damp. The whole hotel has no front desk, the area is very dirty and messy, parking is not convenient, and you have to walk to take the subway. The price is different for one person and two people. I booked a double room, and I had to make an appointment in advance for two people. I didn't check in, but I was charged 30 euros on the spot. More than 200 yuan. It's a scam. Clean and modern
Pretty good. Only stayed for one night but it was very clean and modern looking. Ideal if you want to stay in an authentic Naples neighborhood.

The apartment's location is in a neighborhood outside of the main tourist area. The apartments were easy to find on Google Maps App. The taxi was 15 Euro from the train station and the same cost to the airport. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the property. We stayed in the renovated small church. Ikea-style reno. Very sleek. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious for 2 people. No soundproofing at all. You hear everything outside in the busy neighborhood. Studio style with an additional tiny extra bedroom that only fits a bunk bed. Naples is not a clean city and it's overcrowded. You feel that everywhere in the city. I didn't feel unsafe and the neighbors were somewhat friendly. You will need to take transportation or walk 25 min to go to a good restaurant. My only complaint is the internet connection didn't work while we were there which was very inconvenient.

It was off the beaten path so it was not noisy. Accommodations were comfy and clean. Landlord was nice. It was hard to find a place to eat late at night and a bit unsure of the safety, but we managed.
