Grand Hotel Europa Naples

A good place to stay for a night. Personal was helpful, location is very close to the station. Nice restaurant downstairs. Didn’t feel safe outside, but generally saying, it’s about all Naples

The hotel is in a truly awful area. Scary. The room we were given was taken up with a large bed and two single beds. There was no other furniture. Like a homeless dorm. It was not clean. The bathroom was grubby and badly needed refurbished. The walls are painted institutional magnolia throughout apart from the many marks and stains. Reminded us of an asylum. So depressing that we walked out and lost £400. Cannot understand why this place has good reviews. They don't seem honest and have cost us a lot of money.

Great stay. Would come back again. Very central and easy to get around weather travelling from station or airport.

The noise insulation here is really terrible – I was woken up early every morning, and it almost felt like I was sleeping right in the hallway. So frustrating. That said, the location is quite good, and the staff were nice.

It is great in general, staff is welcoming and helpful, great location. Though, the WiFi is bit meh. overall would recommend
