First and foremost, the B&B owner, Mr. Massimo, is very kind and available for any information. The property is located in an old building with an elevator. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained, clean, and bright. Breakfast was meticulously prepared by Mr. Massimo, who was very knowledgeable, with a good selection of both sweet and savory items. Thank you again, we will definitely be back.

In a prime location for visiting Naples' historic center, when you open the door to this B&B, you enter a wonderful world of scents and soft music. At the reception desk, the owner, a wealth of information and kindness, immediately shows you, with a map in hand, what's nearby and how to get there. We stayed in the suite with three balconies overlooking the streets, yet the noise wasn't bothersome, while the view was picturesque and pleasant. The large room was tastefully furnished, as was the bathroom, just the right size for a relaxing vacation, thanks also to the comfortable bed and pillows. Nothing was missing: a good complimentary toiletries, a coffee machine and pods, a kettle with herbal teas, and a refrigerator with two small bottles of water. The service was truly remarkable. The simple breakfast, made with quality products and beautifully served (no plastic here), the tea and coffee cups are large mugs that will not leave you dissatisfied, and cleanliness reigns supreme throughout the property. How would I describe the VistaViva B&B? Good taste & good manners. Highly recommended.
