Stayed 2 nights, working staff not friendly except the female receptionist.

Clean, tidy & comfortable renovation is model and new. location is close to Naples train station, just 7 mins walking distance. Please be reminded to choose main road going to hotel at night, seems not safe to walk in small streets.

Located in a row behind Naples Central Station, it's relatively quiet and convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is clean, the room isn't large, but the bathroom is clean and tidy. It's more than adequate for a solo trip and is quite standard.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Check-in was super fast. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast terrace was wonderful. Breakfast was also excellent. It's very close to Naples Centrale station, about a 7-minute walk with a suitcase. It's very convenient for exploring Naples from here. The hills of Naples are wonderful, both for the people and the sights. The area around the station is home to some rather unsavory characters; there are many of them, and it's best not to walk around that area in the dark. But the hotel doesn't hide its location near the station. The prices at the bar are very reasonable. I've also walked around the station area alone, even after dark, and everything was fine. There's a heavy police presence in the area, patrolling the streets.

The hotel was generally OK. The location wasn't particularly appealing, but it was well-served by public transportation. Breakfast was good, but lacked a variety of fruits and vegetables.

It was close to the central station and I had a very comfortable stay in Naples. Thank you very much.

The room was pretty good, but the first floor is being renovated. The environment is very poor. You should be reminded before booking. There is no place to rest after checking out. So if there is another choice, I may make other plans.

This hotel is in a historical building, so you can experience history when you stay. It's not far from the scenic spots and the transportation is relatively convenient. A relatively good stay experience.

The room is not big but it is quite clean. The front desk is very welcoming. Overall it is good.

The room was disclosed on the Internet as 18 square meters, but it was impossible to be 18 square meters based on my visual observation after checking in. If the bathroom is not included, the room may even be less than 9 square meters. And the layout is not as shown in the photos, but two beds, one large and one small, are side by side. Compared with the room price of more than 1,800, this hotel is really not worth it.

Very old, good location, the hotel does not have a parking lot, you have to park in a nearby parking lot with an agreement. There is almost no soundproofing, and there are not even eggs for breakfast.

A hotel that is seriously not recommended, the worst BEST WESTERN I have ever stayed in: there is a smell when entering the room, it is better to open the windows for ventilation. There is no towel rack in the bathroom, so towels can only be placed on the small sink. The shower area in the bathroom is open, and the room will be flooded with water after taking a shower, which made me wipe the floor with Maojia for half the night. The toilet has a washbasin, but when I used it, I found that the switch on the side was simply a decoration, and no water came out... After talking about the bathroom and the room, the table is the kind on the wall, so narrow that it is difficult to put a laptop and turn on the screen... In the end, I was too lazy to make a fuss and stayed for two nights. I checked out and told the front desk, but I was indifferent. . . . . multi-night stay. Clean and well equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast with pastry desserts and cappuccino-coffee from bars and not just from machines. Breakfast room with beautiful bay window and balcony overlooking the city. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the central Garibaldi station and 10 minutes from the cathedral and via dei tribunali and therefore the historic center is close, even if the neighborhoods in Naples are often degraded. Friendly and helpful staff.
