very good service and good facilities

Facilities and cleanliness not satisfy. Iron clothes provided but need go to allocated space which cannot bring into room. The door cannot function with card but need the door key.

Close to uitm. In the middle of the city uitm. Happy to find food. The toilet has a water heater.

Good location located close to uitm for convocation. But the room is very small and does not match the price of the room. The towels smell like a pump. The wifi internet is very disappointing and cannot be used at all. The place and the soap container cannot be used. The trash can is also damaged. The floor of the room is sticky. The TV also does not work. Please take action on your hotel service and maintenance. Really disappointed with such bad service and facilities provided.

Very strategic location. Room is ok, toilet pump is broken. Xboleh flush. Everything else is ok
