"Went there for a spiritual retreat. Staff service is good, no complaints. The room is slightly old. The carpet seems to need some deep cleaning. The basin has poor water flow but the staff are not aware at all even after I stayed there a few days. I had to unclog the basin by removing a piece of tissue because I just can't stand it anymore. If you place the toilet cover down, staff would not open and clean it. So if it is dirty, you have to keep the cover lifted for them to realise it. Not much amenities.. gym is very simple. There is also a pool. Location is just within 10min of Subang Airport, very convenient."

"Its not my first time staying at the Concorde Shah Alam. Every year during ramadan i will come here and stay for one night. Basically i got the room that i want with the view of the mosque. Our room is near the elevator. The room was tad small but still good. The sahur food was good too. The check in and check out also smooth. Before this the parking was not charge but this time around after they changed the system we were charge RM3 after we checkout. Kinda weird coz we are the guest. So its no longer free parking even for the guest."

"The cleanliness and amenities are tiptop 👍🏻 the house is new and so the furniture. The house is simple yet elegant. The toilets are clean and the water flow was great 👍🏻 3 bedroom with extra pillow and mattress was excellent! The park and pool at level 9 are superb! Just need to improve the instructions for check in, the house location, the parking, the wifi password and please add the instructions for check out process. The last stay, took me almost 2 hours just to check in and another 1 hours to check out. Both I figured out my self. Overall, very recommended and I will repeat the stay here 👍🏻"
