Very good location, right next to the metro and bus station. The harbor is also very close. The room was very well equipped with perfectly functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, check-in wasn't possible until 1:30 p.m., so we had to wait. The breakfast buffet is very small, but it tasted good, but more fresh items would have been appreciated (vegetables like cucumber and tomatoes were completely missing).

環境乾淨安靜，前台大叔很和藹，我到的時候才早上10點過就給我辦了入住，酒店就在地鐵1號線Universita站上面，從地鐵站出來走樓梯那個出口上來左手邊後面那條街，兩三分鐘就到了，而且非常安全，住這裏去那不勒斯哪裡都很方便，那不勒斯中央火車站（坐維蘇威環線去龐貝，索倫託），新堡，皇宮，Toledo都在這條網上，不超過四站就到目的地，去港口如果拖着大箱子也就10分鐘步行就到，總之，非常滿意。

Conveniently located
+ location is very convenient: 10 minutes of walk (with luggage) to the port (ferry to Capri etc.), 5 minutes to very good pizzeria evo, 3 minutes to metro station
+ rooms are clean, far from big but there's sufficient space
+ you can have a coffee and Italian-style breakfast at a cafeteria at ground floor, and there's also a grocery next door
+ a very nice terrace on the 3rd floor
- there is ongoing renovation on some floors so using stairs you pass by some open electric wires
- can't tell about other rooms but ours had a view on a neglected courtyard and a shanty building
- there's no free water in the room but you can buy one in a vending machine for 1 euro

Ok-ish... although a bit noisy...
The place is ok (although a bit overpriced). The main issue is the loudness of the service employees during early morning. They make quite a bit of noise in the hallway and it really bothers.
