The dirtiest, stinkiest and most sketchy hostel. NOT worth the money, I felt like I was sleeping in a random dude's apartment or a prison. Only one worker was nice the rest were so unwelcoming - it felt like they didn't want us there and we were disturbing them at all times. And the shower oh my god, zero water pressure and ice cold water, me and my friend ended up giving up on showering since we only stayed for 2 nights. Also as a young women I felt so unsafe the whole stay with a floor with only males (and the workers and manager were men) luckily me and my friend had a private room that we kept locked at all times. The kitchen is also so dirty and stinky, the manager told us there is a better kitchen on the other floors so we went upstairs to check it out , and a really creepy guy started talking to us offering us to drink and smoke with him and we somehow managed to decline and walk away without him following us (we continued to see him during our stay and we extremally scared of him cuz he kept trying to talk to us and hang out on our floor even though he was staying on a different floor). Generally would 100% NOT recommend this hostel - go to ostello bello hostel instead it's insanely better with also a good location.

The rooms are NOT small! Bright and airy, with single beds (instead of the usual bunks). Lots of toilets and showers available, and the owner/s are really laid back and helpful. Kitchen facilities on every floor, and a generous breakfast of fruit and filled croissants. Some of the younger temporary staff can be a tad clueless, but all friendly. A short walk away from the major areas of interest, and literally across the road from the historic center.

Hard to find – in a back alley, but very close to Garibaldi Square and Central Station. Then there was my room on the third floor in an old building without elevators. Steep hike not recommended for those with any issues. There is tremendous community spirit here. Everybody seems to interact and there is a certain bonding with the guests that is hard to describe. The place is a little frayed around the edges, but Augostino provides great service, sage advice and an outstanding fresh breakfast. For me the advantages outweighed the disadvantages by a lot. You judge.

My partner and I initially booked a different hostel in Naples but left immediately after waking up and ended up staying here. After visiting in many hostels in France, the UK, Spain and the Netherlands, this hostel was by far the best. Before check-in, we had already made a group of friends with which we explored Naples with. The staff are fellow travellers that are always friendly. On one of our last nights some water damage occurred in the bathroom and the owner personally came to fix it and was a delightful, cool person who clearly showed he cared about the guests and employees more than making money. The place is impeccably clean and very informative, and the free breakfast is incredible. If you are a smoker it might interest you to know that they have a smoking area all the way past the last floor with comfortable seating, fairy lights and an ashtray. Overall this is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in and although the wifi is not the most reliable, all of the features mentioned above more than make up for it.

Everyone there was the best! The owner Andres was the most relaxed and chilled owner of a hostel ever. It was super homie and they gave us free breakfast. They added their own personal touches to the place and the common areas were painted beautifully. I loved having a kitchen and this hostile experience. Definitely one of my favorites.

More than a hostel, it seems like an occupied building. It is dirty, full of mold, and the spaces are inadequate. The online photos do not represent reality. The price is absolutely not proportionate to the experience. One of the worst hostels in Europe.

Muy buen hostel! Esta bien ubicado, es limpio y tiene mucha onda para conocer gente. El staff es súper amable y te ayudan en lo que necesites. Lo único malo es que tiene muchas escaleras pero con los dias te acostumbras.
