Excellent service, friendly reception, restaurant with very good food and great service too. The right choice for anyone visiting Pompeii. Excellent location, close to the center.

An old style hotel, breakfast is good and location is convenient to reach the metro and train.

For a short night before returning to France, nothing to say given the price....

The downside is the cold. The highlight is the great location and the amazing breakfast. Dinner is not bad, but sometimes the food suddenly explodes and the waiters are overwhelmed.

The hotel is normal, everything is in the room, spacious. Located near the train station, we booked closer to the train station because we were leaving early in the morning, very convenient if you need to go somewhere. But if you go for a walk around the city, then you shouldn’t live there. Ryan railway is not the best, it’s dirty, dangerous, and there are a lot of homeless people, it’s not a pleasant place.

Me and my partner had a great stay at this hotel! All the staff we met were really helpful and friendly, our room was very clean, plenty of choice at the bar/breakfast in the morning! I can’t fault the hotel at all really, it’s a little outdated but was still a nice hotel. The hotel is situated next to the train and metro stations which is really convenient for travelling around the city and getting to Pompeii etc. the metro is very handy as it’s a big city and you need it to get around. One thing we will mention is that it’s quite noisy in the area but I think anywhere you stay in the city will be the same. Also the streets are quite dirty. We also thought that there wasn’t too many decent restaurants or bars close to the hotel so you will need to catch the metro. It can feel a bit sketchy walking around at night in some not so well lit areas, but we encountered no problems. As long as you have some common sense, don’t walk around alone at night down dark streets and be aware of people around you you’ll be fine. Other than that I would recommend this hotel, we had a great time Naples has a lot of charm!

Antes da estadia fiz algumas consultas a avaliações do Google, o que me deixou preocupado. Mas tudo ficou mais tranquilo quando eu cheguei ao hotel. Muito boa localização por ficar próximo ao metrô (do aeroporto até o hotel em 20 minutos por Alibus). O hotel em si é simples (não é um 4 estrelas). Mas com camas limpas e confortáveis. Banheiro limpo e adequado. Chuveiro muito forte. Tem que tomar cuidado pra não alagar o banheiro (tem cartaz avisando sobre isso). Em relação ao café da manhã, me surpreendeu a variedade de pães. Mas a restrição de apenas 2 bebidas quentes deixa a desejar. Por fim, ficamos felizes com o hotel. Daríamos nota 8.7/10.

Very friendly stuff, not bad breakfast

Pro e contro. Pro: personale alla reception gentile e professionale. Stanza grande, confortevole e pulitissima. Colazione buona. Contro: mura tra le stanze poco spesse (almeno dove ho alloggiato io) e… mancano un po’ di attaccapanni nelle stanze (ne metterei un paio all’ingresso per i cappotti). Nel complesso qualità prezzo ottimo
