Overall, a great experience, nagenjoy naman kami so far and relax dahil sa cleanliness and very quiet ung lugar. Dont expect too much sa food but well breakfast is good since it was a buffet. Need to improve siguro is on their service staff, matatanungan mu naman sila, but the down side hindi ka nila iaassist sa mga baggages mu (based on our experience)... Looks like, they are picking lang kung sinu iaassist nila but OVERALL great experience naman kami and if we had a chance, we definitely go back. PS: BE CAREFUL lang sa nagoofer ng free dinner, some what may catch, ahahaha

It was a nice experience. The place has an amazing view of sunset. My kids truly love their beach and pool. They want to visit again soon.

Very good beach and beach water and big pool. If you’re allergic to chlorine better stay away from the pool. I like how the twin rooms have two single beds which each bed can fit two adults and the they have a daybed too so kids love that part. They don’t have bathtub here. Also, it takes forever for the operator to pick up your call. In our case, in the two nights we spent there no call was successful. Also, they do not allow outside food deliveries and they also do not have a la carte menu. All buffet. Except for rice order-maybe. The location is relatively straightforward from Ta***tay though, so that’s a plus. Also, please do not expect 3star and above hotel service.

Room was spacious,fresh & clean. Food was expensive. We enjoy the breakfast buffet. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

nice hotel, i like the beach in front of the hotel. i barrow the iron but they give me only iron no iron stand 😅 . the room is okay a little bit old. but the outside of the hotel is good the amenities is nice :)

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem is that there are mosquitoes in our assigned room but overall its a nice experience thankyou

Rewriting my same review for the coins since we booked 2 rooms: Rooms are clean and close to the beach. We gave a low score because we arrived way past the checkin time but still the room was not ready. The consumables in the room are not complete according to the number of people staying. The breakfast line was slow, there is few variety in food and slow service and clean up time. However, the pool and beach were nice. Not as high end as the other beach resorts jn the same ***** imo. Cleanliness wise, it was decent. But still there are ants in the rooms esp near the windows and the bathroom was not as clean and the shower drain easily clogs. There is no shower glass door so water spills all over. Overall a 3/5.

3/5 in general. Beach and pool is my favorite but no wifi for a 4 star rating is disappointing. Food selection is very limited. They also gave us a room from their old building (north wing - which is very obvious) which is far from what we’re expecting based on the pictures of the room type we selected. I like that they have an ATM machine inside the hotel which is very convenient if you want to spend your money. The bar is also my fave.

It's our 4th time in the Resort, its like the same than our previous stay. Maybe this is time, i dont like the location of our room cause its too far from the beach, and we have a baby and the pool is a bit dirty.

Everything is All good.. so private and peaceful… but rooms are quite old…

The overall area is good.However, the facilities need improvement. Many of the faucets at the pool area are not functional. The plastic line floats on the beach area need cleaning or replacement. The room is spacious, however there are small insects. For the breakfast, add more vegetables and fruits and food that would cater to different groups. The dining area needs cleaning as well. The entrance fee of the rubber float is quite costly. Thus, only a few avail of that amenity. Instead of two hours minimum, perhaps one hour with lower entrance fee. In general, our experience is good.

The beach is a little dirty, it was not properly maintained. The rooms are okay, but towels are not clean. The food was not great, there are only few options for and they are expensive. All the water activities are paid and all of them are expensive.

Its a Really Nice place specially if with kids. they will enjoy the pool and the beach. but for the breakfast that is included to the rate. it is somehow disappointing if your looking for a good food... and also for dinner food at the grill is a lot better but do not try their japanese menu because its a waste of money. 400php for an order of a Ramen and it tastes like its an instant noodles..not worth it.. the housekeeping service is a superb they clean the room and they are very friendly same goes to the front desk.. i just hope that they will atleast look into their FNB so guest will eat inside the resort and not going out for dinner or lunch.. thank you!
