We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we faced one problem. We left one small suitcase at the hotel and the hotel staff is not very helpful to return this suit back to us.

Good overall but check in is the worst! Arrived 3pm finished check in almost 6pm only compensation was an hour late check out (11 is the check out time) they also had clogged drains they drain but not completely it takes minutes for water to subside. Breakfast is so-so.

Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa offers a relaxing getaway with a clean, spacious pool and a peaceful, not overcrowded beach. 🏖️ The breakfast buffet is a highlight, especially if you arrive early for a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. 🍴 The overall ambiance is peaceful and well-maintained, making it a great spot for a quick escape. 🥰

I had an amazing stay at Canyon Cove this summer. The beach was super clean, and the water was beautiful. The Wi-Fi was fast, which made it easy to stay connected. Everything was hassle-free, from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was very relaxing. I’ll definitely come back next year!

Food options are very limited. Di pa masarap yung buffet nila for lunch and dinner. The rooms are seemingly old, we got 3 king rooms, the other one had issue sa lock, other one naman didn't have bidet walang provided na bucket and dipper until we requested. Internet only worked day 1. Rest of the days we stayed (3 days 2 nights) wala na. We paid for 3 adults each room yet when we requested for replenishments ng toiletries and bottled water, they insisted na 2 lang kasama per room and may additional na fee if we request another 1 set. There's also a bed on the window side alloted if more than 2 pax will stay in the room, but it didnt even have any pillows or blanket. Need mo pa irequest. The cottages lack bulb installations so during the night agawan sa cottage na may ilaw. What's so hard to put a 3 watts bulb to make use of all the cottages. There was also 1 time we were at the bar for some drinks (this was around 9:45-10pm) I had to use the restroom and as I was heading in side the ladiew room, this lady hotel staff told she's already cleaned the ladies room hence I can just use the men's room anyway there's no one there and its not cleaned yet. I didnt want to argue so i called my husband instead to watch the door for me as i use the men's room. Not a very good customer service. Overall stay was manageable but definitely noy superb.

The hotel itself is old which means some of the facilities and amenities are already needing improvements but overall, for families traveling with kids, this hotel is worth it.

We like our stay in the hotel even if it was apparent that the facilities are old already. The pool and the beach are ok and my child loved both. There are available food but they are quite pricey, however it was convenient so we consider it just ok. Rooms are spacious but a bit old. If you are there to swim and just use the room for sleeping then it will serve its purpose. Overall we are happy. Thank you.

The place would be nice but it's hard when you get hungry at night😅 there's nothing else to buy and you're not allowed to bring food inside so you'll be really hungry inside if you don't have a budget😅. The service at Canyon Cove in Tagaytay is still the best, even though it's full of amenities and you can bring food inside🥰🥰

I had a great time! Kids were happy. The beach was excellent. The only thing is the food availability. Til 9pm lang yung resto nila. Which is unfair sa mga gugutumin. I would recommend to add more stalls or have paluto kahit simpleng egg and hotdog para sa mga gugutumin.

Here’s a feedback on our recent stay (29 Dec - 30 Dec): Overall, our check-in process went smoothly and didn’t take long, which we really appreciated. However, I did notice a few areas that could use improvement. Upon check-in, we were given towel cards, but despite booking for 3 guests, we only received 2 towel cards for the pool and beach area. It would be helpful if the number of towel cards matched the number of guests on the reservation. Additionally, it seems the hotel may still be experiencing a shortage of towels. In our room, we were only provided with 2 bath towels and were unable to request any extras. Having additional towels available would greatly enhance guest comfort. Regarding our room, while it appeared clean at first glance, the bathroom had a noticeable odor, and the toilet bowl had visible stains. The bedsheet also had some stains. A little more attention to detail during the cleaning process would significantly improve the experience. For breakfast, we appreciated that it was included with our stay, but the additional 600 PHP charge for an extra guest felt a little high considering the limited food selection. The options were quite basic—rice (plain and garlic), noodles (pansit), corned beef, lumpiang shanghai, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and corn soup. The salad bar had minimal offerings, primarily greens with a few other vegetables. The bread selection was also limited to pandesal with 2-3 spreads, and unfortunately, the coffee was not very enjoyable. Expanding the variety of dishes and improving the quality of beverages would make the breakfast experience much more appealing and feel like better value for the price. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I appreciate the staff’s efforts in ensuring a pleasant stay. I look forward to seeing improvements during our next visit.
