This is one of those off-the-beaten-path hotels. That remain engraved in memory. Firstly for the architecture and style. It was an old sheep slaughterhouse in the Chilean Patagonia region. During the renovation, they kept all the history and equipment of the old refrigerator. Wonderful rooms with immense views of the lake. Perfect decoration and very comfortable. Restaurant is another highlight. Wonderful, gourmet cuisine and impeccable service from the salon staff. Perfect breakfast. If there's one point I could suggest, it's to improve the wine list a little more, as Chile has so many wineries and wonderful wine options that I found the restaurant's wine list a little out of line with Chile's potential. But nothing that compromises the whole.

Breathtakingly Gorgeous, At the first I was arrived at parking lot, I thought I am making the wrong booking. But when I entered, it's relief looks very nice living room, and then when approach to the simple lobby, wow, the reception is very friendly and very helpful. She walk with us to the room, and wowww, the view is spectacular. We book for 2 night here, I am a bit regret, why not just stay for 4 night here ?? The location is a bit far from the city, but it's wort it, I will love to come back if I visit Punta Arenas again The Design of the room is amazingly gorgeous, full of arts, same as at the living room, there is a museums too Strongly recommend all type of traveler to stay here, it a MUST

The breakfast was decent and the owner’s service was good, but the sound insulation was too poor (the first night was a weekend, the neighbors stayed busy until midnight, the next day the room was noisy until late at night, affecting sleep), one day the bathroom suddenly had a strange smell . Equipment rental is also available. The facilities are tidy. The kitchen was spacious and easy to use. It is recommended for travelers who cook themselves because the mart is close.
