First time New Delhi. Why I decided this accommodation. Cuz they have airport pickup service. But they asked me about charge 1k rupee.but They will refund me
Staff take care me and complimentary was chai and coffee.
But bath room was not good condition because there’s weird smell and no toilet paper.

Japanese people should never stay here.
1. Location
This is fine. It's away from the street, so the honking noise typical of India doesn't bother me that much. The walls are thin though, so earplugs are a must if you're nervous.
2. Cleanliness
"This is the biggest difficulty." It looks like the bed sheets haven't been changed in a while. The cup is also covered with a washed cover to make it look like it has been washed, but it is not washed.
3. Bath
"It says that there will be hot water, but there is no hot water."
4. Correspondence at the front desk
When I asked for the sheets to be changed, they kindly accepted, saying, "I'll bring them later!"
Also, we ended up staying two nights in a row, but when we requested to cancel the second night through the Trip.com window on the first night, it was not accepted.
The hotel side claims that it was "because we changed to another room type", but we have not received any response. They are people who lie without hesitation.
In conclusion, it is better to stop from the Japanese sense.
Around Gurgaon, you can stay at a beautiful hotel at a lower price.

A good hotel for all types of individual..The staff members are polite and hard working..The rooms are neat and clean with all the basic amenities..The lobby is eye catching..The restaurant is good .Bar is good..Parking facility is available and the lift is also good..Must visit..A good place to stay in Central Delhi.. Hotel shanti plaza's prime location, coupled with its comfortable accommodations and excellent service, make it my top choice whenever I visit the city. We found this hotel by fluke but what a lucky coincidence!!! The whole team looked after our group of 6 people. Our favourite bit was to come back to the hotel terrace after exploring Delhi and enjoy their delicious food and chill.
