The hotel is so conveniently located, not in the busy French quarter, but close enough to walk or get a streetcar there.
It is clean, quiet, and don't get me started on the quality of the bed ❤️. It's one of the best beds I've slept in.

The location is great, just across the street from the St. Charles Ave street car. Rooms are spacious and clean. I’d definitely stay there again.
Breakfast is pretty expensive for what it is, so I think most people would be better to book a cheaper option without breakfast and go buy their own elsewhere.

Had a great time, an impromptu get away to destress, my nephew accompanied me. Easy to get around, staff were helpful. Would definitely stay there again. No major issues, on returns to the hotel beds were always made, clean towels always available.

My wife and I had a good time at this nice hotel. It was clean and calm . It’s close to French quarters . Would recommend for someone coming to visit.

Clean, very clean, bed sheets and mattresses are very comfortable, the hotel is not big, cost-effective, parking spaces near the road are pretty good, no need for valet parking

In NOLA for wedding. Quick trip. Really enjoyed the Tonnelle. Have stayed in about every hotel in NOLA and this one was a garden district treat. Had an upper floor conner room with a great view of the city. Very comfortable, great window line. We thought the price was also very fair. We'll stay there again next trip.

The hotel staff was very friendly. My room was large and very comfortable. And whoever designed the upgrades for the hotel, which is currently under minor construction, did an amazing job.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Shower door was not installed properly, so water would get all over the bathroom while showering. Not only was there no water bottles in the room, they did not even sell them in the lobby! All ice machines were not working except for one. Only one of the two elevators worked. Finally, no self parking was available, so I had to pay for valet everyday!

This will be a nice hotel once the renovation is completed but we should have been told that the hotel was in the middle of this project before we booked. The room was nice and clean, staff members were very pleasant and responsive, and the small restaurant and bar was nice. But the lobby and outdoor seating shown on the website were not available. And sharing the one tiny elevator with construction teams and materials all day was a problem. The hotel should place a note on the website indicating the renovation.

The place is in the middle of a major renovation. I feel like they should have closed for awhile. No bar, one elevator, horrible fumes. Guys working on Sunday. The place WILL be great, But I guess they really needed the cash flow and couldn't afford to close.

Although they were undergoing construction the property was superb. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were unique and newly renovated. I was very pleased with my experience.

All staff members were very kind my newly renovated room was beautiful. Valet wasn’t expensive. Great shower pressure . Water got really hot. The AC worked great. Room looked like it hadn’t even been slept in before. It still smelled like fresh paint so I did spray some air freshener to make it smell a little more cozy. Renovation is still going on in the lobby and the elevators, but everything else was really nice. The decor in the room is so pretty. There are beautiful paintings a full body mirror chaise lounges at the end of the bed the bathroom is huge. The toilet is separated by a wall so if your two children need to both use the restroom the child using the toilet will have privacy while the other child is brushing their teeth or showering. The lamps were modern. One was a floor lamp, one was on the nightstand, and the other was on the desk. I believe the tv was at least a 65 inch. I was hoping for a few more channels, but that was the only disappointment. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so I am not sure how the food is .Be careful when booking with a 3rd party site. My room was paid for already, but the card the used for incidentals got charged again for the room. I explained my discrepancy at the front desk, and it was fixed in minutes . My daughter said it was the nicest hotel she’s ever stayed in.
