Family-friendly Hotels in New Taipei City

First, a very big thank you to all the best manners and excellent staff..from day 1 Yvonne, Louise, then Ms Yang, Cindy til Mr Masaki the last day.. they all are very friendly, helpful and very professional in their work. As we have to leave very early to the airport..without further words, Ms Yang was so meticulous enough to suggest Breakfast Bento ( attached is the nutritious 爱心bento ，thank you the kitchen staff for the preparation🙏 😍) and Mr Masaki handles our last minute request promptly in a professional way..The staff of Just Sleep Sanchong seem to know 读心术 & wil fulfill all your needs🥺😍. Second, even though the hotel is few years old but the room and all amenities are still in a very good condition. the comfortable bed, clean floor, good shower 👍 Real appreciate Mr Daniel for making up the rooms everyday and was very impressed by the sparkling clean toilet. Third, distance is not a problem at all as the Mrt station is just a few steps away.. Last but not least, the breakfast environment is good and beautiful plus the efficient breakfast staff,🙏 Looking forward to the delicious breakfast first thing in the morning😋😋For sure, I will Definitely recommend without 2nd thought this beautiful and Marvellous Just Sleep Sanchong to all friends and definitely will stay at this Just Sleep Sanchong again if come back to Taipei🥰😘😍 Thank you very much again to all beautiful people of Just Sleep Sanchong. I was there for my business trip. I like hotel staff, everyone is so nice to me. Never better. Close by Mitsui Outlet Park Linkou & A9 MRT, easy to shopping and walk around. There're many restaurants around the hotel, and really good taste. I'll come back visit again. Room is clean and comfort. Breakfast is ok. Had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. Now I can only say that I probably won’t visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Conveniently located directly above St. Ignatius High School MRT station (just take the lift from level B2 to 6 to reach the hotel lobby). While it’s a bit far from the main attractions, the efficient public transport makes getting around easy and manageable. The rooms were spacious with good amenities, and we loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks available at the cafe from 4PM-10PM. Despite limited English, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our positive experiences.

We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect hot spring for all kind of trips. Amazing for families too with perfect spots for youngest to enjoy. There is only one thing to complain: the quality of the food, we had breakfast (pretty decent), but lunch options are really limited, not much veggies to add in your plate and not very healthy options. Also, the cut of the meats weren’t the best, so the meat we tried was really hard to chew. The staff, specially in the main building are really helpful and kind. I

The hotel is conveniently located – across the street from Yehliu Geopark and Sea World. There are many seafood restaurants next to the hotel, there are 7-11. Children's play facilities are abundant, locals and tour groups are many, check in lobby air conditioning is not enough, check-in at noon, sweaty, but the room is very plentiful. The attitude of the waiter is relatively cold, maybe too many customers and hot, with just check out Yangmingshan Tianlai has a contrast. Breakfast must arrive early, we 8 o'clock seated, not too many people, after eating about 9 o'clock or so burst crowds, due to the self-service form, food and drinks location are a bunch of people in line, strongly recommended drinks location should be placed at the exit, Too many people crowded in the same location to get hot drinks feel very dangerous ⚠️ Restaurant dining location is lacking air conditioning, because early in the morning the sun through the glass window, to avoid sitting by the window location.

I booked a hotel more than a month in advance and contacted the hotel counter to request a room on a high floor. However, I was later told that the restaurant company was having a wedding event and was overcrowded that day. It only took 1 minute to check in. The receptionist was impatient and arranged a room on a lower floor. I asked I was impatient even though I had no time. The parking lot was completely full and we circled around a few times. Fortunately, the security guard provided good service and gave us his private parking space. This is the only part worth thanking.

Conveniently located on the beach, a five minute walk from the train station. The room was large and clean. Bed were very comfortable. Lots of amenities. I like that the room had two toilets. The breakfast was copious, so much choice, mostly Chinese foods but delicious. The only thing I would say is the down side of this hotel is that the façade looks run down. It desperately needs a new paint job to look like a luxury hotel. The inside is really nice but the outside looks abandoned. But I noticed this is often the case with many buildings in Taiwan. The upkeep of the façade doesn’t seem important to them.

Great location, within 5 minutes walk from the old street. The hotel is well furnished, with a common area on the 1st floor, where traveller can relax, have coffee and do some casual reading. Great arrangement. The room is exactly the same as shown in website. Spacious and well equipped. The sea view from the room is fascinating, must book with this view. Free parking is an additional bonus. The breakfast provided was marvelous, very delicious. Hotel owner are really friendly, show us sight seeing area closeby. Highly recommend to couple and family want a warm stay in the area.
