The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Penn Station exit. The facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning is very noisy. The hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own. The hotel's breakfast buffet is very generous.

I understand that the showerhead is fixed, but the water pressure is really weak. When I first asked to switch rooms because the water pressure was too low, the process wasn't smooth. I had to go to the front desk multiple times, explain everything from the beginning to a new staff member each time, and didn't get proper guidance, which was inconvenient. After changing rooms, it was much better, but the water pressure... especially the hot water, wasn't plentiful. Even when I stayed at a hotel in the Egyptian desert, the water pressure was better than this. Also, while the room wasn't cold, if I turned on the heater, there was a loud vibrating noise from the ceiling. It varied; some rooms had a very bothersome noise, others were negligible. The breakfast was decent, and the location was good, but I wouldn't stay here again. There are many other hotels in this area at a similar price point.

Its my experness Avoid this hotel! A total nightmare. I Stay 1 night (Cancelled the remaining 3 days) Price: $405/night 1- The AC was not working even though it was -3°C outside. Despite being broken, it was still extremely noisy. 2- The room is tiny. The sink is placed right in front of the bed, not in the bathroom. The faucet is too large for the small sink, splashing water everywhere. 3- You can hear water rushing through the pipes in the walls due to terrible sound insulation. 4- The room is overlooked by all other windows. You can’t open the curtains without everyone seeing inside. Breakfast: Just average.

Very bad breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the Amtrak station and was walking distance to broadway Times Square Rockefeller center and Central Park. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was pretty good, a wide variety. Bar looked very nice although we didn’t get drinks there. They had live music one of the nights. Highly recommend

Great hotel in Manhattan with a convenient location. It’s within walking distance to many attractions and right next to Penn Station, making it easy to get to JFK and access the subway. The breakfast is decent, though the dining area can feel crowded in the mornings. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The receptionist was nice, even gave an extended hour till 1pm for checkout..

Staff Christian, Yohanna and Jeffrey went all out to assist my family in handling the luggage issues and really appreciate their understanding and willing to bend rules to assist. 5 Star Service Hotel location is good and clean but room and toilet smaller than normal hotel, maybe due to hotel is at the city of New York. Recommend hotel if you want close to Manhattan and Times Square. The only set back is that air cond is loud in the night. Professional staff attitude. Good location. Strategic location. Beautiful city view from hotel

Room was very small - smallest I've been in in a hotel, so for a one night stay, it was fine although there was a closet to store a suitcase in if I needed to. Bathroom was super small as well. Due to the size of the room, the foot of the bed was literally inches away from the bathroom. Additionally, the room came with a mini fridge but no microwave. There was a small couch with a pull out table to eat on facing the TV which was on the wall. Overall the room was clean and comfortable with decent lighting. Breakfast offerings is mainly for a typical diet, special diet offerings are very minimal.

I want to stay here again if I come back to New York! The location is great; you can walk to most places, and it's really nice that the subway station is close by! The room is a bit small, but you can squeeze two suitcases in, haha! The free breakfast is a huge plus.

Overall, it's pretty good. Breakfast is provided. The location is excellent, very close to Times Square. However, the rooms are a bit small. Considering the location, it's still a good and cost-effective option.
