36 street location lots of road construction jobs firemen came at mid night, we all went to lobby by stairs. all guests gathered at the lobby. ppl all were worrying and quite tired. but no workers came and sent a confort. quite disappointed

Excellent location. Room is of decent size for New York. Staff is friendly and can store luggage for you if you arrive early.

First of all, New York hotels are expensive at RMB 3.5k per day, and there are only 1- or 2-star hotels in China! There is no lobby, and there are only 8-9 rooms on each floor. There is a small gym on the sixth floor and a bar on the first floor. I don't know if it is a hotel. Outside the window is the high-rise building opposite, and the street is narrow. The room is small, the facilities are old, and the lights are flickering

This is a really good value hotel in New York, and it is very suitable for guests who just came out of Penn Station. Although it is not big in all aspects, it at least feels like a basic five-star hotel, with no dead corners and very clean. In the United States, where the general level of hotels is lower than that of China, at least I can find some long-lost comfort. In addition, the floor is high, so it is not easy to be disturbed by the sirens in New York at night.

The room was very clean. The service attitude is very good. The location is good, there is a subway nearby and very close to Times Square. The air conditioner is built in, so it will be noisy at night. Everything else is perfect. There is a gym on the 6th floor. But for clear water, you need to go to the sixth floor to get it yourself. If you want breakfast, it's $22 per person. Personally, I think breakfast is a bit expensive.
