The property includes two separate units in one building. Each unit has two private bedrooms and is sold by room. Guests may book a single room, and each booking guarantees a private bedroom.
For full unit use, please book both rooms within the same unit. When both rooms are reserved by the same booking, the unit will be for your exclusive use with no shared common areas.
Common areas including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared only within the same unit and not with guests from other units.
Pet policy
Pets are welcome with prior confirmation. A maximum of two pets is allowed per booking and additional fees may apply. Pet fees do not include excessive pet hair cleaning or pet waste removal. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets during the stay.
Parking information
Free overnight parking is available. Street parking is available on 26 Ave and 16 Street. Please observe posted parking signs and avoid restricted areas. Additional parking is available behind the building. Guests are required to display the provided parking permit on the dashboard.

"Really nice clean hotel, we had a king bed suite with a nice kitchenette with a microwave,fridge and nespresso coffee machine and pods!!! Was a great stay. Breakfast was amazing.
Only downside was they dont have underground or their own parking so we parked on a paid parking lot a block away but only cost us $8/day. Definitely one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Would recommend 👍🏻"
