"The room itself was nice and comfortable, and overall I had a good stay. However, the noise levels were quite noticeable — I could hear sounds from outside as well as from the neighboring rooms, which made it a bit hard to fully relax. One thing that could really improve the experience is better window coverage. The current roll blinds don’t block out much sunlight, so switching to thicker curtains would make a big difference, especially for guests who want to sleep in. Overall, still a decent stay, just a few things that could be improved for better comfort."

"We had a good stay overall. The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the view was really nice. I liked that there was a coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel, so we didn’t have to go out just to grab food. The only downside was that there’s no swimming pool, which was a bit unfortunate. The gym was good though."

"My family and I had a really great stay. The room was quiet, the bedding was soft and clean, the space was spacious, and the facilities were good. We were also very satisfied with the view from the upper floors. Additionally, the friendly service from the staff, whom we met right from the hotel entrance and lobby, was excellent. The location was great; Hualian Shopping Mall is right next to the accommodation, and Wego Mall is across the street. It was also convenient that most nearby tourist attractions, including Liu Wang Temple and Happiness Bay, were within a 10 to 15-minute drive. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Weihai next time."

"I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious."

"The place is superb: clean room, clean bathroom, excellent staff, good food. Breakfast was a treat, though I thought it was a buffet. No elevators, so a bit of exercise when going up. I definitely recommend this place for a quick trip. Transpo around the place is easily accesible while malls are nearby for quick runs."
