New Hotels in Kigali

"Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. Positive points • Comfortable bed, welcome drink"

"🌟 Great luxury experience! Armani Apartment is worthy of being a high-end benchmark, close your eyes and not step on thunder 💯 This time I stayed at Armani Apartment, and I directly filled the ”high-end luxury + comfort and convenience”. From pick-up to check-in to check-out to drop-off, the whole process is impeccable, and the city's top-class apartment is properly recommended to friends who pursue quality! Facilities: ✨ [gift] [Designed by multiple local artists in Rwanda, double-online appearance and texture] The whole is a minimalist aesthetic of low-key luxury, no grand decoration, but everywhere with a sense of high-level. Elegant atmosphere, deep brown texture with soft light and shadow, the moment you step in is surrounded by exclusive dignity, black handsome guy politely take the luggage, the whole house custom furniture, leather bedside, delicate fabric, exquisite soft decoration, every detail shows the big brand style. There is plenty of light during the day, and every shot is a fashion blockbuster, and the atmosphere is directly full! Hygiene: 🏡 [love] [Room details are full, comfort is irreplaceable] Room facilities are top-notch and intimate, The bedding is made of high-end fabrics, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the pillows are fluffy and rebound, and the fatigue is relieved when lying down. I have no pressure to sleep well all night. I personally have a bad sleep quality. I sleep on my back and hard bed, but I slept well last night. The bed supports the package very comfortably. Separate bathroom dry and wet separation, marble countertop texture, hot water within 10 seconds, stable water pressure, super comfortable shower, Each room is equipped with additional appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, and home-like. It is too convenient to live for a long time and a short time. Location: 📍 [send] [Golden location + all-round package, travel is super worry-free] The location is really impeccable, located in the core business district of the city, less than 5 minutes drive to Kimironko Market, Kigali Golf Club and Kigali landmark Amahoro Stadium, 7 kilometers from the airport, surrounded by supermarkets, convenience stores, one-stop eating, drinking and playing, Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, it is super convenient and efficient. Service: [Rose] Apartment package is even more high-end top-end: pick-up and drop-off service, 24-hour butler service, security patrol, exclusive concierge, meticulous service, super fast response to demand, intimate and thoughtful throughout, excellent privacy, and the suite is very comfortable. 💯 [Summary: High-end stay preferred, strong Amway] Armani Apartment perfectly interprets ”low-key luxury, textured life”, from design, facilities, services to location, every point is the ultimate, far beyond the local hotel experience in Rwanda. Whether it is a couple's holiday, family outing or business travel, it is a great choice! It has been included in the unlimited repurchase list. I will stay here next time. I really recommend it to every friend who pursues high-quality accommodation. Just close your eyes and book it!"

"Très beau cadre, le personnel est très sympathique. Le coin est très propre."

"The owner, Mr. Tom, and his family were absolutely awesome and made me feel very welcome. The manager, Madam Joy, was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. I was even offered a complimentary lunch and given helpful advice on taxi rates, which I really appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even though it was a short visit. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!"

"It was a 3 bedroom we stayed on the ground floor. We definitely think they need to put more basic amnesties especially in the kitchen like blenders, knives, mop and mop bucket. Then they need to put better curtains for privacy."
