"Loved this hotel! From the moment you arrive, everyone is friendly, polite, and always smiling. They're always ready to help! The views from the room are stunning, the towels are incredibly soft, and the bed linen is crisp! All the details are styled to match the hotel, and all the boxes and items are beautifully labeled! The breakfasts are delicious and varied! A very pleasant young man greets you at breakfast, always brings coffee, and serves you with a smile. There's a pool, hammam, and sauna, which they'll prepare just for you in 10 minutes upon request!"

"No complaints about cleanliness or service. I was warmly welcomed and sent off. The showers are clean, though there's no shampoo. Also, toilet paper is only available in 1-2 stalls. However, the biggest drawback for me was the beds. I spent one night here and couldn't really sleep because some things are very poorly designed: 1) The top bunk is not at all isolated from light. There's a gap between the top and bottom bunk on the side, so light from your neighbor shines directly into your eyes. Capsule hostels are much better in this regard. 2) Any movement from your neighbor, let alone strong bumps, will significantly affect your bed. Just as I was drifting off to sleep, the bed of another neighbor (who was next to me, not even below) would shake, and I'd jump in fright. Earplugs won't help with this; you'll feel the vibrations in your body."

"Wonderful hotel, we will definitely be back again. Housekeeping was done daily, and the set of towels was also refreshed every day, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly, attentive, and polite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The lobby has a distinct oriental charm. The room matched the photos provided, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly; we loved everything! Also, on the TV in the room, you could view a list of famous places in Uzbekistan and a QR code to locate them on a map, which was very convenient! We also had an early check-out, and the staff prepared a breakfast to go for us. The service was beyond all praise. Many thanks to the hotel staff for everything!"

"This was my first time in Tashkent for market research, and I chose this hotel run by Chinese owners. My experience was absolutely fantastic! There were many Chinese staff and managers, so communication in Chinese was seamless. The front desk staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and could even exchange currency, completely solving any language barrier issues. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including power strips commonly used in China, which made me feel very much at home. The breakfast also offered Chinese options like noodles, perfectly satisfying a Chinese palate. Getting around the area was convenient. It truly felt like a warm home away from home in a foreign country. I highly recommend it to fellow Chinese travelers coming to Tashkent. We've also signed a cooperation agreement with the hotel, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"* Location: excellent! It is close to the main interchange main stations, located in the very heart of the city and in such a beautiful neighbourhood! It’s somewhere where you wouldn’t expect a hostel to be based at. Less than 1km walk to Tashkent city mall and a supermarket, lots of eateries nearby from fancy to cheap eats! Plenty of options! * Room: I stayed in a 8 beds room. The room wasn’t very big so the aisle can feel a little tight, there’s large lockers inside the room that you can easily fit a large suitcase in. The bed is surprisingly comfy and the sheets felt crisp. There’s a small light by the bed and two charging stations which I thought was great and there’s also a table you could open / close back to the wall. * Toilets / bathroom: during earlier in the day, all seems ok but as the day goes on, lots of hair on floor and toilets aren’t clean ☹️also, the second floor supposed to be for female? I saw a guy also using the toilets on the same floor so it felt a bit awkward and weird as the bathrooms are also right next to the toilets. I think they should put a note to say the bathrooms and toilets are for female only? If not why bother separate into males and females rooms / floors? * I booked through trip.com and one of the benefit was late check out, I messaged the hotel in advance to mention, they were super accommodating, I didn’t check out until 2.30pm because my flight was at 8.20pm at night. They weren’t pushy. * Staff: the front desk guy was chill and very helpful, he even helped take my suitcase up the stairs. * Amenities: trip.com needs to fix this but it says there’s a fitness center but hostel confirmed they do not have. No complimentary of towels, tooth brush, tooth paste etc ~ they all have a fee if you want to buy or rent the towels. There is a water dispenser machine, a fridge, an iron board and a laundry rack in the small common area. Overall, I thought the stay was ok. I wouldn’t really stay here for more than one night.‘I’m glad it was only one night. The location was the main thing I love about this hostel. I think they could really improve on the bathroom and toilets cleanliness as it seems like as if they were only cleaned once a day. Apparently there’s simple breakfast available, I didn’t manage to check this out as it was only available 8-10am…"

"The advantages of this Chinese hotel are the abundant Chinese breakfast, unlimited bottled water, and free laundry service. Supermarkets, banks, and Chinese restaurants are all within walking distance. The breakfast area on the sixth floor is also a Chinese restaurant, offering lunch and dinner. The lobby on the first floor provides free fruits and drinks every day. The room was clean, but the showerhead's water pressure was too strong and hard to control. On the last night, there was no hot water. I had already stripped down and was wet, so it was inconvenient to call someone to check it. I had to brave it and take a cold shower. I have a few suggestions: The sofa and coffee table heights don't match, making it very inconvenient to use a laptop. It would be better if a chair could be provided. Also, the room lacks a mini-fridge, which would sometimes be useful. Overall, it's still a positive review."

"Great place! Everything is new and spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Their attitude towards guests is truly outstanding. The terrace restaurant on the 6th floor is amazing. Breakfasts are served there, and it operates as a regular restaurant otherwise. The food is superb – everything is delicious, both for breakfast and for dinner. The prices are also very reasonable. Many thanks to the owner for this hotel and such a professional team! I will definitely be back 100%."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. As soon as our car arrived, someone was already at the entrance to greet us and helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs. Husan and the other staff members were all wonderful. The location is relatively close to the train station, but a bit far from the metro station. However, if you use ride-hailing services, getting around isn't much of an issue. The room facilities are standard for Uzbekistan."
