We had a great stay at this hotel. The food is delicious (special thanks to the chef). I have experience staying in more than 150 hotels of different levels in various countries. This includes about 30 hotels in Hong Kong. I can tell you my comments:
Smoking should be prohibited near the pools and near the sun loungers on the beach;
Glassware should be prohibited near the pools, as I saw a guest break a bottle near the children's pool, and the next day, a child cut their leg in the same place;
People in swimsuits and mesh beach dresses should not be allowed in the restaurant;
Room cleaners should be more attentive (they once forgot to put a pillowcase and did not consider that there were not two people in the room, but a family, which meant that more towels were needed).

酒店的配套服務很完善也很細心。住客從碼頭就可以開始享受酒店的服務。碼頭酒店接待大廳的裝潢設計非常高級 工作人員的服務也很到位。員工我們辦好登記後還親自帶我們去搭cable car 十分貼心。入住客户可以免費車乘搭cable car或船。到達碼頭後酒店也安排免費接送。除此之外 酒店也提供 Vin wonder 和酒店的免費接送。酒店的大廳很漂亮 還有很大的泳池。我們喜歡他的私人沙灘 沙子細幼 潔白 海水透徹。還有員工入則撈垃圾 以保持沙灘清潔。 太喜歡他的沙灘了，衹是有海蚊 咬到會痛好幾天。 如果可以提供更多的活動選擇會很好 因為我們不是每天都去vin wonder。

aircon abit not enough, excellent seaview, hotel good service. breakfast is excellent. near theme park,
but theme park stuff very poor , close the activity even not yet 19:30, not friendly then others country theme park, poor english or chinese.

Right from the exciting boat trip on arrival to the cable car journey back we thought everything in between was superb would highly recommend with a spacious room and a great view Graham need2view.co.uk

房間可以的，總的來説畢竟是島上，我們是大床房。我感覺還是蠻清爽，雖然不是很大，但是也夠了。
游泳池挺好玩，旁邊的工作人員很好，自己的泳圈打氣雖然都很配合。
早飯一般，座椅也很臟
前台/服務生都還可以。
不過在上島前辦理入住的那個地方服務員都很拽的。一般。
坐快艇也不是隨時都有，有時間點。纜車倒是不用等，但走路多。沒快艇方便
