"The room was decent, especially considering it's on an island; we had a king-size room. I found it quite clean and refreshing. While not huge, it was perfectly adequate. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and the staff there were very good, even helping us inflate our own floats. Breakfast was average, and the chairs were quite dirty. The front desk and general service staff were generally fine. However, the staff at the pre-island check-in counter were quite arrogant and their service was mediocre. Speedboats weren't available on demand and operated on a schedule. While the cable car didn't have a wait, it involved a lot of walking, making it less convenient than the speedboat."

"I am still in Nha Trang. I booked 4 hotels for total 8 nights in Nha Trang. Novotel was the third hotel I stayed. Currently I am staying at the fourth. Of those four hotels I stayed (or staying), Novotel is the hotel I would visit again in the future. It isn’t the most expensive hotel of the four. But in terms of the benefit/cost ratio, Novotel comes the first. 1. Location is great. It’s located at the heart of Nha Trang, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants near by. 2. Hotel has several parasols and chairs on the beach. They are free for the guests. Very convenient. 3. The staffs are great. Someone stole my passport right after check-in. I visited a massage shop before my room gets ready. And massager stole it while I was lying face down. (The massage shop was recommended by a hair cut shop right across the street. Be careful.) Of course I was mentally shaken. But the staffs were so helpful. They were concerned about my situation, and didn’t hesitate to lend me helping hands. They even proactively prepared some documents, in case I come across unforeseen situations. This sort of considerate gestures helped me calm down. This was a classy service. Also I can sense they shared my information to see they were so ready. I stayed at a cheaper hotel before Novotel. It had a bigger and newer building. These are what I experienced. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. And those attitudes of front-desk staffs…. Don’t get fooled by photos. There was one person I wanted to thank before I leave Novotel. But he wasn’t on duty…. And yes, it was strictly massage. What are you thinking?"

"Absolutely wonderful stay – paradise found! We stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything here was simply perfect, from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel like cherished guests every single day. The beach is breathtaking: soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels always available. Truly a dream setting. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh white linen and a super comfortable mattress. Housekeeping did an amazing job. And the view from our balcony… just wow. I could have stayed there for hours just admiring the peaceful beauty of the sea. The pool area is another highlight — the water is pleasantly warm and incredibly clean, with no harsh smell of chlorine. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained and elegant. We didn’t want to leave — and we’d come back a thousand times over. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach getaway with top-notch service."

"The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!"

"This is the pure villa hotel with the lowest population density among the four hotels in Pearl Island. There are basically no people on the private beach. The shuttle bus service available on call can go back and forth to the park entrance, pier and other core attractions on the island. I would like to emphasize that the service attitude is particularly good. All staff will take the initiative to greet, and the service experience is warm and thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, and the SPA is conducted in an independent cottage on the coast, which is a full experience. Overall, it is highly recommended and I will choose to stay next time I go to Nha Trang~~"

"Our stay at Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa, Hon Tre Island was truly unforgettable. The resort is located on a private island, offering complete seclusion and tranquility. Reaching the island by boat transfer felt like entering a luxurious retreat far from the busy city. The natural surroundings are stunning — lush greenery, white-sand beaches, and endless ocean views. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern tropical design. We were given an ocean-view room — waking up to the sunrise over the sea was simply magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed with both a bathtub and walk-in rain shower. Daily housekeeping was flawless. The resort grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped with palm-lined walkways, multiple pools including an amazing infinity pool, and quiet seating areas under the trees. The private beach is pristine, with soft sand and calm, turquoise waters perfect for swimming. Dining at the hotel was a delight. The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve experienced — offering a wide variety of fresh fruits, juices, Western and Asian dishes, pastries, and even live cooking stations. Dinners featured fresh seafood and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, served in an elegant beachfront setting. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. We were even given complimentary spa vouchers and transport discounts. Their attention to detail made the entire stay feel special. This is the ideal destination for couples or families seeking relaxation, luxury, and nature. We left feeling completely refreshed and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!"

"Champa island is a beautiful hotel We stayed for 12 nights received a room upgrade to a suite which was amazing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is away from the center of Nha Trang but grab taxis are very reasonable priced and instantly available. Breakfast has all you need a buggy takes you to breakfast and returns you to hotel it’s a big resort. There are two swimming pools one with a gym next to it and a bar The other is beautiful looking over the river But weddings are hosted often around the pool. There is a shuttle service to the beach with set times If I ever return to Nha Trang I would stay here"

"We spent five wonderful nights in this hotel and were very pleased. First of all, I would like to note its excellent location - there are many restaurants and cafes around, so there were no problems with choosing a place for dinner. The views from the window were gorgeous, which added a special atmosphere to the holiday. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I would like to say separately about the breakfasts - we really liked them! We saw reviews where they wrote that the breakfasts were so-so, but we do not agree with this. The choice was good, everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and can confidently recommend this hotel!"

"I don't recommend it for a vacation. You can stay for a few days, enjoy the view and take a break from the city sounds of karaoke (it happens here too, but much less often). The view from the room, restaurant and pool is excellent. There are almost never people in the pool. We saw cockroaches once at breakfast and twice in the room."

"Luxury hotel, everything is great. The villas are well equipped and newly renovated, the staff is friendly, breakfasts and dinners are super, high level. Good gym with fruits. Coconuts for breakfast - so simple and so cool. The pastries are magical. The only thing is that the beach is rocky, it turns out it's a backwater, there is no open sea. But there are fish and other inhabitants, take a mask. There is a SUP and a boat. The kids club is great. A really decent hotel."
