3-Star Hotels in Nha Trang

Excellent location, close to the sea but not right on the main road or near noisy establishments. The cleanliness for a 3-star hotel was great; they cleaned every day, although the bedding wasn't changed once in 11 days. Overall, the room was clean and tidy. Yes, it's not brand new, and there are a few scuffs on the wallpaper, but that's minor. The only downside I can point out about the room is the lack of space for drying clothes, so definitely bring a clothesline! The breakfasts were good, with a large selection. They always had pho, rice, stewed vegetables, and fruit, and the rest varied daily. They'd cook omelets or fried eggs fresh for you, and pancakes were offered frequently. The staff were very polite and friendly; they answered and helped us with everything they could. The housekeepers also always did their best, easily brought extra hangers to the room, refilled gels and shampoos, and the cleaning was always quick and thorough.

You shouldn't expect anything special for that kind of money. The room is 'tired', with mold, needs repairs. The breakfast doesn't taste good. Booked for 3 nights, left after the first one. While looking for more comfortable accommodation, the overall window will be here, but it's better to pay a little extra and choose a better hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the bedding and towels are cotton; the mattress is soft, I slept like a baby. They bring two 350ml bottles of water every day. The housekeepers are very polite; they don't just barge in. They quietly knock and ask if they can clean, even if you haven't hung the 'do not disturb' sign and haven't left yet. The air conditioning, fridge, and kettle all work, and there are a couple of cups with saucers. Towels are changed daily, though the bedding wasn't changed once in 5 days, but I didn't ask for it to be. They didn't even ask for a deposit at check-in, and they didn't inspect the room at check-out. The windows face the sea, and the beach is just across the road. There are grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. In short, I was completely satisfied. If I need to stay somewhere in Nha Trang for a few days next time, I'd happily book here again. The 'value for money' is also good. Thanks for the hospitality!

A highly strategic hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Its excellent location is just a short walk from the beach, Nha Trang’s iconic landmarks, and the night market. Everything is conveniently nearby, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Great value for money and definitely worth staying at.

This is a comfortable budget hotel that costs less than SGD 20/night, but the room is large and clean and provides basic amenities are provided (fridge, aircon, hot water, electric kettle, drinking water bottles daily, hair dryer, towels & basic housekeeping daily). As the hotel is not along the main street, it provides a quiet environment too. The best deal is the location!! It’s near to many cheap eateries & massage parlours,and convenience shops to get all u need. And there is a night market street just across the road and the main beach is only 5 mins walk away. Can’t find a better place at this price too! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives visiting Nha Trang!

we stayed at this hotel for more than a week during our vacation in Nha Trang. The cleaning was done almost every day, the hotel was clean. There is a swimming pool and a relaxation area on the roof. The hotel is conveniently located, there are many cafes and a market nearby, and the beach is across the street. Overall, we were satisfied with everything.

I really enjoyed my vacation at this hotel. From the beginning, the staff were kind and professional, and they made the check-in process quick and convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere that made me feel at home. I appreciated that everything was well maintained and prepared for my arrival. Whenever I had a question, the staff were helpful and responded with a positive attitude. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I left feeling very satisfied with my choice of accommodation.

I’m sorry to leave a mixed review, especially because the staff were truly kind. Even with limited English, they always tried their best to help, apologized when something went wrong, and looked for solutions. Unfortunately, a few issues made our stay less comfortable. When we arrived slightly early, we had to wait until exactly 2:00 PM to check in, and we were asked to leave either one passport or 100,000 VND as a deposit. We chose the deposit, but it wasn’t the most welcoming start. During our stay, we also had some unexpected situations. On the first night, the fire alarm started ringing for no clear reason, and on our last night there was a power outage, which was quite inconvenient. We also mentioned twice that the towels and bedsheets were stained; they were replaced, but the replacements had stains as well, so in the end we gave up on asking. The laundry service is available but more expensive than many places around, and our clothes were returned damp, with a white T-shirt slightly red stained. The TV remote didn’t have batteries, and the minibar fridge was empty and not working, and they knocked 15 minutes before check-out. On the positive side, the young reception team were always polite and welcoming, the room smelled nice, and we received two small bottles of water every day. I appreciate their effort, but overall the experience didn’t fully meet expectations. In the end, the stay was a bit chaotic, but nothing too bad for young and adaptable travellers like us.

Check-in was not very welcoming—staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, and I didn’t receive any directions for the elevators or information like the Wi-Fi password. The instructions for the TV were incorrect, and staff could only suggest using YouTube for help. The elevators were consistently crowded and slow, making getting around frustrating; I’d likely choose a smaller hotel next time. On the positive side, the view from my room on the 38th floor was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and respectful. However, the room had a persistent fish and cigarette smell near the entrance, which required daily use of air fresheners. Noise from the rooftop nightclub above was noticeable but not disruptive for me. There’s a gym and pool on level 6, but the elevators made them difficult to access request a lower floor if you plan to use these facilities regularly. The hotel is very busy and well-located, but there’s no room service and strict rules about bringing food into the room, and the residents’ entry was often blocked. A more hospitable check-in experience and a compendium in the room with basic hotel information (like Wi-Fi codes and gym hours) would have made things much better.
