The hotel turned out to be pretty decent. When we booked, we didn’t read the reviews — but later, we did, and honestly, we were shocked. People wrote about cockroaches in the rooms, long waits for the elevators (like 15 minutes!), and mold in the pool on the 40th floor.
In the end, there were no cockroaches and no elevator issues at all. The pool was a bit of a letdown though — there was some mold, but it wasn’t a big deal.
Breakfasts were excellent, and housekeeping did a good job. Overall, we had no complaints.
The location is really great — right in the center, everything's close by. The hotel even has its own sunbeds on the beach. You just need to get a voucher at the front desk, and the sunbed is yours for three hours.
All in all, it’s a good hotel for the price. We were happy with our stay!

I really liked the hotel, spacious rooms, great location: close to the bus, beach, lots of restaurants, massages and other things. Breakfasts are almost the same every day, got tired of it after a week, they give little fruit, one or two to choose from

The main advantage for us is the kitchen where you can cook, it turns out that few hotels allow you to cook. But the dishes are a frying pan and a bunch of different plates, cutlery, but not a single pair. It is not very noisy under the windows, compared to other streets. Cleaning is only on request, but water and towels are brought every day. The bed linen was not changed for a week. A nice recreation area on the roof, but we were unlucky with the weather, it was very windy.

Room was very spacious with comfortable bed and perfect wi-fi. Bathroom was also big, but with mould on the ceiling and leaking shower. ”View to the city” was actually the view to the wall of the opposite building through very dirty window. Fridge is really weak, even on the maximum level it just cools a little bit, not freezes. Nearby the hotel there are private houses that have noisy roosters which were screaming all day long since the early morning, so I couldn't sleep well. Also the cleaning staff was knocking on the door even with ”do not disturb” sign

The hotel area is huge. If you put a scooter and a car somewhere, no problem. The hotel is opposite Lotus. What’s inconvenient for me is the early breakfasts (from 06:30 to 08:30) and breakfasts are served in a restaurant (not a buffet).
They mostly rent out rooms to the Vietnamese; we Russian speakers were the only ones in this hotel)). The hotel is decent, the furniture is decent, there is plenty of space, you can partially see the sea from the window.

The hotel is in the very center of the city, on the 2nd line. The building is not high-rise, the interior is in the Greek style, beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable. They give beach towels. Breakfast is the same every day, but you can choose your own option. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee are put in every day. The staff is responsive.
Before booking, you should consider several things -
1. I booked a room marked as ”Sea view”. In fact, this hotel does not have and cannot have a sea view due to the unfinished building that blocks it.
2. Slippers are only reusable rubber, no bathrobes. Bring your own. There is also no air conditioning, only shampoo and shower gel, soap.
3. Breakfast is early - from 6 to 9 am. If you like to sleep in the morning, it is better not to take breakfast.
4. Cleaning with a change of linen and towels - on request, you need to hang a sign. Otherwise, they only come to replenish their coffee-tea-water supplies and take away the trash.
There is a swimming pool, we didn't use it. The hotel is good, comfortable, we liked it.

For the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

LLinh- The room is located in the center of Nha Trang, right across from the main square — just a 3-minute walk to the beach or the night market.
- Although it’s located in a small alley, it’s still very easy to get around. Motorbike rental is also available (ask the staff).
- Getting around the city center is quick and easy, and it’s also convenient to reach Vinpearl.
- There are plenty of useful services nearby such as laundry, massage, and more.
- The staff are friendly, helpful, supportive, and nice.
- The room is fully equipped, clean, and modern.
A great experience for our 3-night stay in Nha Trang. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance. ❤️

MMARKMADEI looked up a lot of reviews, and as expected, there was a problem. This hotel is managed by several companies and their employees provide guidance or contact them. However, the staff who were friendly during check-in showed an attitude of “I don’t know” about everything after that, which made me very uncomfortable, and the accommodation was not very clean. There aren't many things you need, not even cups. Even though I told them not to clean the room, they always came in and cleaned it up, so it wasn't a very pleasant cleaning experience, so I think it would be better to take important items with you. And the biggest problem is the elevators. There are about 6-7 elevators, but not all of them are operating. I don't know how it is, but when it was bad, I waited 20 minutes to go down to eat breakfast. It was on a high floor, so the view was good, and the accommodation itself had community facilities that were easy to use.

JJuergen PaulThe Smile Hotel is located at the end of a little quiet dead end street some 50 meters away of one if the busy traffic roads. I came in around 12 noon and although the check in was supposed to be at 2pm I could instantly go to my room. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was big enough, a window which could be opened with view over some lower buildings towards the sea. The bathroom was in a good state. Coffee making facilities (I love it) I felt very comfortable in my room on the 6th floor. There is a little pool on the roof with some chairs and wooden lounger. From the Hotel you can walk very easily to all interesting spots in Central Nha Trang. Crossing the Block opposite of the main road from the hotel you reach within two minutes the Airport Bus Stop. Perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

SSERGEIInitially, I was placed in a different room that didn’t match my booking. The room either had no window or a very small one, making it quite dark. I went to the reception and requested the room I had originally booked and paid for, and they moved me. That room was much brighter and had a larger window, which was a relief.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t take a hot shower during my stay because there was no hot water. It turns out the hot water system depends on solar power: if there’s sunlight, there’s hot water; if not, there isn’t.
On the positive side, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. However, it can get noisy in the evenings. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay.

ИИванFrom the photo it was certainly very beautiful, but they try to keep the rooms clean, it’s clear that a high-quality renovation was once done, but now it all looks very tired. There was no hot water in our room, we had to wash the baby very quickly, fortunately we were staying at the hotel for 1 night. Of course, you won’t get any kind of gorgeous view, at most into the city on the side streets and so on. The pool is very small, we didn’t even try to swim, although it was quite clean.
In general, for the money this is not a bad option, but not for married couples. Our night cost about 1000 RUB

Bbetty251The room hygiene and environment are acceptable to me, after all, it is an apartment. We arrived at the hotel lobby at about 9 o'clock that night. I asked the front desk at the main entrance, and they said that this was not their hotel, and asked me to go to the front desk on the right to ask. Then I went to the front desk on the right, and after they looked at the name of the hotel, they didn't even check and said it was not theirs. I remembered that when I checked in a few days ago, I met someone who said that this building was operated by many companies and the management was a bit messy. As a result, it really happened to us... So I contacted the hotel customer service and Ctrip customer service on the Ctrip app, and it took about half an hour to fix it! The apartment customer service even said that I missed their employees' working hours... If you have a late flight, it is not recommended to book this hotel, because you are afraid that you are very tired and can't find anyone, or the hotel is full, because this building has a lot of people staying every day. I changed my room number 2 or 3 times!

GGuest UserFor the money, the hotel is simply wonderful. Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything in excellent condition. It is obvious that the renovation was done recently. However, there are problems with cleaning. It turned out that you have to ask for it, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. But our requests were not always understood correctly. The employees and owners of the hotel do not speak English, but they try very hard to understand everything with the help of a translator and help. There was a problem with the refrigerator in our room, they replaced it right away.
The owners of the hotel are very nice people who helped us with everything and were very concerned about our vacation. They always asked how we were doing and gave some advice.
I recommend visiting this place. Perhaps we will come back here again if we plan a budget vacation again.
