Nalicas Nha Trang Hotel

Nice hotel with good renovation. The staff is customer oriented. Thanks to Trip.com for the opportunity to find what I really needed in this area.

A nice hotel in itself, but not the 4* standard you're used to. The room was very nice and clean. A side sea view or a direct sea view is recommended. The breakfast is OK. More national than western. What bothered me personally was the fact that the housekeeping was still disturbing for the first 3 days, even though we didn't want to be disturbed. I found the request that we should basically leave the room and go after them so that they could clean very clumsy and rude. We usually left the room after breakfast at 11am, so not very late (breakfast is until 9:30am). Obviously someone had complained before me and then no one else came. The staff also have a pretty 'zero-motivation' attitude. They often sit on their cell phones, very disinterested. Which is OK from my point of view, it was just very noticeable. And what I also found strange was that I accidentally broke a glass. I had to pay for that too 😅 it's no big deal, you do it anywhere anyway, it would have been nice if it had just been accepted as a gesture of goodwill. The fact that I wasn't even asked if anyone was hurt or if someone was coming to clean it up was more shocking. Oh well :) the location was good for us though, it's 3km from Lotus Square. But the beach and the sea were fantastic! And in the alley itself there is a cheap supermarket, next to the hotel a cheap laundry and further ahead a good, cheap restaurant with a very nice and attentive owner :)

Stayed at this hotel for 14 days. I didn’t really like the attitude of the staff towards the guests, the room was cleaned, but the bed linen was not changed at all, until they complained to our tour operator, after which they finally changed the bed linen only once in all 14 days, the layer of dust under the bed was not removed at all and a lot of garbage... It’s useless to call and go to the reception and ask for anything, the staff at the reception are very inattentive and not polite, especially the girl working the day shift, she seemed very rude, as if she wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible... an unpleasant incident happened to the key to the room, we accidentally lost it when we went to the reception and asked for an additional key since they only gave us one for two, it turns out that for losing the key you need to pay a fine of $10, when they asked why they didn’t warn us in advance, to which they remained silent and could not do anything answer. I liked the staff in the restaurant, they were always smiling and I liked the location of the hotel, in the city center, everything is close and accessible. Overall the hotel is good, but I wouldn’t say it’s worthy of 4 stars.
