Good value for its money! Nice and helpful stuff, I recommend

Friendly receptionist, especially Vy, the hotel let us leave our luggage early to wait until check-in time.

The case when you want to return to the hotel again. Location with an ocean view. Excellent service, attentive staff. Cleaning every day. Definitely recommend!

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet... they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, you can also hear it from the street, even with the windows closed. I don't recommend it. The view from the window and the location are great, but that's all the pros.

Bustling area, next to the beach, very cost-effective

First of all, the hotel has a free pick-up service. It was almost 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived in Hanoi, and the pick-up driver was patiently waiting at the arrival point. The room was clean and big enough. I personally liked their big bed. The window is in the toilet, but it doesn't matter if you stay for a day or two. You have to pay for the items in the refrigerator, and the prices are in the hotel brochure. An aunt brought pho to the room in the morning. The hotel is very close to Hanoi Airport. I'm a backpacker, so it only takes less than 15 minutes to walk slowly. There are many places to eat along the way. It’s definitely cheaper and more affordable than eating at the airport. The guy at the front desk is pretty nice. Although their English is not very good, it is enough for communication. My flight was at 11:30 pm, so I didn't go out until 6 pm. I thought it would be comfortable to stay in the hotel. There are also many taxis out there. If you want to take a taxi, it will be very convenient to get to Building 2 of the airport in less than five minutes. I personally recommend it.

The breakfast is really not that good... On days when there are no guests, they just give you rice noodles... Even when it was a buffet, there wasn't much to eat. If you ask for eggs, they give it to you. The fruit isn't fresh. The pool is open until 10 o'clock, which is nice. It's not an infinity pool. It was nice that it was deep at 1.6m. There are few employees who can speak English. There is a noisy restaurant next door that plays music through speakers from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The best thing was the cleaning service. It's a decent hotel for the price.

Enjoyed staying at Dendro Hotel since every single item suited us perfectly! The spacious room with beautiful sea view, very friendly and hospitable personnel, every day cleaning, fast WI-FI, good bathroom, and the location is just 3 minutes from the beach side.

We had a room on the upper floors so despite being next to the road, we were not disturbed by the noise. The room had a lovely view but was looking a little tired and unkept. Probably cant complain for the price. There was a rooftop pool although it was quite deep (I could not stand up in it and am 5ft 3) and cold, did not appear to get the sun as it is predominantly enclosed. Overall not a bad stay. We did not sample the breakfast.
