This hotel boasts a very convenient location, with plenty of food options and spas nearby, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the area. The hotel itself is comfortable, with good service and a satisfying breakfast spread that offers a variety of options to start the day. However, one area for improvement would be the timing of housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping the floors. It was a bit distracting and unpleasant to have staff sweeping around guests while they were enjoying their meals. Adjusting the schedule for such activities would greatly enhance the dining experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor tweaks that could make it even better!

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

Everything is amazing! Very friendly staff, good internet, nice location. Very small swimming pool and view to the wall another hotel 😅 But good view from rooftop

It's located in downtown Nha Trang, so you can get around the best when traveling, and the hotel staff are so friendly! You can leave your luggage after checking out, and the hotel also has a scale, which is useful for checking the weight of your luggage. There are many restaurants, massage, and coffee shops nearby, so it seems to be the best location for traveling. For reference, I visited twice!

Excellent hotel! The room is cleaned every day, the staff is polite, they respond to all questions quickly and clearly! Excellent laundry! I washed my clothes 2 times. They do not slow down, they bring clean clothes to the room very quickly. The breakfast is good, you can even eat a lot. I especially liked the different soups, a different soup every day. You have to walk to the sea, about 15 minutes. But everyone walks at their own pace)) The pool on the top floor is small, but you can swim, you can take towels in the closet yourself. Clean, fresh and smiling!)) If I return to Vietnam, then only to this hotel!

Excellent hotel for the money. Friendly staff, good rooms, excellent gym. The internet in the far room was poor, there were interruptions, in the next room everything was fine. Also, the breakfast was modest, there was no cheese and bacon. There is a cafe on the first floor. Watch the video review on the Pikart Travel YouTube channel.

After 2 nights of staying at the hotel I decided to extend it for another 6. Lovely hotel with a great location. And it doesn’t break your bank. Rooms are spacious and light. Internet connection was a bit unstable but it never bothered me. Staff members were friendly and polite. Great experience.

Excellent location 5-10 minutes walk to the main stretch ie beach, shops etc. The hotel room is spacious, bathroom has brass fittings & is spacious shower area. Room has small balcony & nice street view that comes alive at night. It is noisy though 😂 with bar/karaoke music blaring loudly but it does stop around 9pm. For my stay there is construction for the new hotel lobby & additional new wing. When using Grab APP you need to pop in Isena Hotel. Hotel is opposite Vincom shopping mall which has supermarket & chemist onsite Shopping pool area is big & lovely clean pool. Also gym area is good size. Friendly staff absolutely helpful will stay again I never made it to breakfast maybe next time 😊

The location is in the city center, so it's easy to get around on foot. I asked for a high floor and they gave me the 15th floor, but the problem is the noise.... In addition to this outside noise, there are various noises between floors and walls, and the kids in the next room who checked in at dawn were screaming and making a fuss. It's good for families and houses with kids, but it can be difficult for houses where only adults visit. Even at breakfast, the kids were running around, and since I'm 100% Korean, I ended up eating once out of 6 nights. I don't plan on coming back. ㅠㅠ
