Great quality for the price, good option in Niagara; 20$ for outside parking

Hotel service is lacking professionalism. Concierges have no idea what our booking was and were giving wrong information back and forth. Manager was condescending, interested more in justifying their staff than addressing our concerns. Suggested even to take it out with the trip.com cause apparently the hotel does not control the booking details there! Bottom line.. even if your registration says you have booked a room with a city view nothing is guaranteed. There are ONLY A FEW rooms with city view available but ALL the rooms are presented as having city view (supposedly to clarify they don't have falls view in Niagara)! Enjoy the city view from our room (attached), we know we didn't

A beautiful place to stay while staying in Niagara falls. We were little bot earlier for the check in but hotel staff of Ramada assisted us with luggage storage for a while

Very nice and clean, low prices

The hotel was good. The bed had a stain on the lower bed skirt and there was an additional charge for the fridge that I wasn’t aware of but the team was very accommodating. Definitely would stay again. Location is great because it’s right in the middle of everything

Very courteous and professional front desk agents. Well appointed room with comfortable bedding and shower. Wi-Fi unable to reach room and constantly showing “no internet connection”. After informing front desk at checkout that this was the only unfortunate downside to my stay, I asked that the $CAD5.00 facility fee be credited as a goodwill gesture. After checking with her manager, his answer was no. I am a Wyndham Rewards Diamond member who books often through Trip.com due to the unbeatable rates. This manager has a lot to learn about retaining customers. A small goodwill gesture such as that would have persuaded me to return, however now there is no longer a reason to. There are plenty of hotels in that area that have functioning amenities covered by their facility charge.

It's a clean and nice room. There was an iHop on the first floor, so I had a delicious breakfast! It was a fun trip. I recommend it.

Hidden charges not displayed and added on arrival, unwelcoming and unhelpful staff, too expensive for the service offered I do not recommend it

We arrive at this hotel and although the reservation is for 3 people they tell us that it is for 2 and they charge us the supplement for the third bed, and 20 dollars to park the car in their parking lot, we go to the room and the extra bed is practically a 5 cm high cardboard mattress, with dirty sheets. We are about to leave and we get stuck in the lift, we report it to the receptionist, he apologizes and we think it will solve the problem, we ask for a bottle of water, they tell us they don't have any. Returning in the evening the key does not work. The next morning, we couldn't wait to leave and dulcis infundis, we are once again locked in the lift. The falls are wonderful, but don't open that hotel door.

Moderate budget hotel, mineral water charges 3.5 Canadian dollars. In addition to the Ctrip room price, there is an additional 5.86 Canadian dollars to the store, which is very unexpected. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the waterfall. There is Tim's cafe for breakfast in the middle, or Tim buys breakfast near the waterfall and enjoys it on the lawn watching the waterfall. For dinner, I found a Japanese restaurant, which is unexpectedly delicious Suisha Gardens.
