Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials.
The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise.
One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day!
Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

While staff is pretty friendly and helpful, the shower facility is totally unbearable tight to an adult. The lift is also very old and inefficient to run. Breakfast quality is the best part of my stay as far as I am concerned .

I would recommend this hotel to stay in Nice despite the fact it's quite far from the city center. Close to the tram stop though (5 minutes on foot). Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A full sense of comfort and convenience inside the hotel. Good WiFi quality.

Very good locations of the hotel. Very nice staff on reception. Price very high for kind of this hotel. In the room was a lot of small defects on wall and ceiling. Very old corridors.

Great holiday in a location close to the beach. The room was very spacious and even had direct access to the shared terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent also. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hotel was very considerate and wrote my name on the bathroom mirror, along with a blessing.
We booked a family room, which was quite large. The toilet and bathroom were separated into two rooms, on one side of the corridor. There was a bathtub and a shower room.
The elevator was very small, but I'm used to it in France.
If you go to the beach, you can borrow towels and parasols from the hotel. It's about a 3-minute walk to the main road, and you'll reach the beach after crossing the road.
It's not as lively as the old town, and there aren't many restaurant options.

The elevator can only enter 2 people (including luggage). It is a very old hotel. The hotel room is not very clean. I saw yellow stains on the sheets and unknown hairs. It can be seen that all the facilities are very old. For example, the door of the toilet is shaky. Every bathtub door is shaky, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. As soon as you open the bathtub door, a mosquito flies out. I think this is worse than Samsung. At least it must be clean, and they don't ask you.
