The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children. Two details I didn’t like. 1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all. 2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

We had to book this hotel very last minute and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was lovely with the rooms very clean and staff super friendly. We recommend this hotel for its location as it was close to the tram line, old Nice and train line and the beach!

Beautiful hotel

The location is very good, a 4-minute walk from the L1 light rail in the city and a 10-minute walk from the L2 light rail to the airport. Rooms on the second floor and above have balconies. It feels very good to get some air on the balcony.

Stunning facility, clean, equipped, super clean, comfortable, spacious room. Very kind staff. Top location.

Because it is an apartment hotel, the room is still relatively large. It is OK for 4 people to stay in 3 large and one small one room and one living room (one double bed and one double sofa bed). The surrounding environment of the hotel is very general and it is estimated that it is not a very good area in Nice, but finally It is convenient to eat and drink. The hotel is directly opposite Carrefour and McDonald's. The bathroom in the room is clean, but the carpet is a little dirty, and the sofa doesn't look very clean. The front desk service of the hotel is very friendly.

Basically a car shop

comfortable and convenient place, for us it was essential that it be equipped with a kitchen. Our first 5 days of stay were to participate in the Ironman World Championship and it was crucial to be able to cook our food

Horrible bed! Old, deformed, bumpy uncomfortable mattress; little room around bed. Dirty/stained carper. No furniture in balcony. Bathroom ok, but awkward placement of shower head. Insufficient toilet paper. Fine breakfast and very nice server/cook. Area/location not very nice.

Staff were always available for questions and were friendly and helpful! Main bed was very comfortable and pull-out couch was okay, although not as comfortable as the main bed. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs and was wonderful to have the dishwasher and fridge.

They knocked on the door when we were still sleeping to clean the room and didn’t come back for a couple of days.
