Good location and well-equipped clean room. The toilet had its own cubicle. However poor customer service on arrival served by a rude female receptionist. Required €200 deposit was a bit extreme especially for a night stay. Upon departure had a friendlier disposition that ended the stay on positive note

- very well located facing the Promenade des Anglais and shops
- tram stop 2 minutes walk
- pleasant personal welcome
The only downside was direct parking under the hotel.
But it's not very serious given all the positive services
AND OF OBVIOUSLY THE VIEW FACING THE SEA WHAT TO ASK FOR
