The traffic nearby is very convenient, opposite Tianyi Square. The overall accommodation environment is good, health and sound insulation are slightly lacking, but within the acceptable range, there are disposable tooth cups, water cups, bath towels, etc. After registering as a member of the Huazhu Association, the front desk lady provided breakfast for free.

The hotel is very close to Dongqian Lake Scenic Area and has complete facilities around it. The hotel environment is very good, hygienic and clean, and the front desk service is attentive. There are Luckin Coffee, Pizza Hut, snack shop, and seafood stalls downstairs, which are very good and taste good. The most considerate thing is that if there are items left in the room, the front desk will call you immediately to notify you, which is great! Great value for money

Recommend! Convenient location, within walking distance there is everything you need (shops, cafes, shopping center, etc.). The family (2 adults, 2 children, 7 and 3 years old) chose a Deluxe room with an impressive view of the river (two beds). Breakfast is at a good level (surcharge 64 yuan for a child from 6-10 years old). The pool is open until 23:00 (there is a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi), the games child room is open also until 23:00.

Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from Tianyi Square and many other attractions. The staff was very helpful, especially the women, who were really caring and helpful to help a foreigner who do not speak Chinese. The hotel deserve a renovation, a good painting and floor work, as it is not a par in relation to other Ibis in the country.

Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Nanyuan Hotel during my visit to Ningbo, and I must say, I was impressed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complementary bowl of fruits on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering complementary yogurt during my stay. The breakfast spread was good, although I would have preferred more western food options. Unfortunately, when I visited, they had run out of fried bacon. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. I also appreciated the option of a late check-out, which allowed me to leave after 1 PM. Overall, I would recommend Nanyuan Hotel to anyone visiting Ningbo. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the complementary extras were a nice touch. I would definitely consider staying here again, provided the price is right. Apologies about my photos, I remembered to take them only when I was a bout to check out.

Reception staff spoke good English. The breakfast was good quality, with a mix of Western and Chinese items. There was a nice view from the room over the river. This is a real central location so neighbouring streets are busy with lots of restaurants. The metro station is less than 100 metres away.

This is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. First of all, let me introduce the location of this hotel. It is in Ningbo. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Old Bund. It is a quiet place in a busy city. The scenery of the hotel is very good, but the sound of cars is relatively noisy in the good places, but the places behind are much quieter. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, and there is a parking lot. There is a Japanese restaurant upstairs. The ingredients used are very fresh. Go to the Old Bund at night, and there is also the Catholic church. It is really beautiful. The breakfast of the hotel is considered to be better for this price. There is also a better fully automatic coffee machine. But I don’t know why, your beans are really hard to drink. It feels too bitter. I hope the hotel can improve this. Otherwise, it is not worthy of this machine. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. She answers all questions. I hope this price can be maintained continuously. The mattress is very soft. The support is also good. The shower in the toilet has a top spray. It is much more comfortable than the top spray of Hanting Youjia.

It was our first time to visit the Grand Hyatt in Ningbo and it was lovely. The resort was beautiful and the room had an amazing lake view. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful and exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Nancy at the front desk, she has been an absoluut delight and has made special arrangements for us. We will definitely return with family very soon.
