I stayed at Seven Hotel in Ningbo, and overall, it was an okay experience. While I didn’t get the room I originally booked (it was given to another person), the staff did provide me with a nice alternative. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed linen and hand towels had an extremely unpleasant smell, with the linen being the worst part of my stay. The shower area also had a noticeable odor.
After checking out, I discovered there was no designated place to leave luggage, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some basic amenities were lacking: no complimentary water (3 RMB per bottle), no bath towels provided, and only disposable towels available for 10 RMB each.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, there are several areas where improvement is needed to make the stay more comfortable for guests.

The location of the B&B is good, and the night view from the high floors is also great. The service is OK. The customer service lady responded promptly and the instructions were clear.
But I have to say the hygiene is really bad! ! We booked two rooms, one on the 24th floor. The quilt had a strong smell of sweat and mold, and was very damp. One of the pillows was yellow, so disgusting! I lay there for a while and I felt it was too smelly to bear, and I thought I would get a rash if I slept in such a bed. In the end, I could only turn on the air conditioner and sleep on the sofa with my clothes and coat on all night! I was woken up by the cold at night, but in the end, between the stench and the cold, I had to choose the cold. The next day, another friend of mine who chose to sleep in the same bed woke up and found that mosquito-like bumps appeared on many parts of his body, including his thighs, calves, arms, back, and ears. They were extremely itchy! ! I have never encountered such an outrageous thing! Too dirty! !
We booked a room on the 23rd floor. The room smelled of dog urine, especially near the sofa. The sofa was yellow and looked very dirty (I forgot to take a photo). There was also a strange mirror facing the head of the bed. When I turned over in the middle of the night, I accidentally caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and was shocked!
I was planning on renewing my lease, but I wanted to escape in the middle of the night! ! This B&B is really outrageous! !
